House matched the photos and description. Venkata was easy to work with and responded to questions. It was clean and easy to find. Bonus was the attached two car garage which helped since street parking can get congested.

The house is great! It’s quiet and spacious. It’s about an hour and some minutes away from the arch rock entrance to Yosemite but it’s a nice drive. Don’t expect signal or wifi while you drive. The house is big and can fit about 4-6 people maybe more if people are bunking together. The kitchen is huge! I love the history of the house it used to be restaurant so I guess that’s why the kitchen is huge. The beds are warm and comfortable, those space heaters are magicians because they work so well!! Only issue was the dishwasher, which we never used, but Nicole was responsive even though it was Christmas Day (thank you again Nicole!) Overall cute house near Yosemite it’s rustic and has all the amenities. Would happily stay here again!

What a great location and really nice and clean home in Modesto! The hots were super responsive, kind, helpful and friendly. The location of the home is safe, with empty fields on three sides, a fenced in yard, and great locks on all the entryways. It is on a busy residential street but it was very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, the washer and dryer were such a benefit go have, the kitchen had lots of condiments, spices and other extras, and the bathroom was spotless along with everything else in the house. We highly recommend this Airbnb and host.

Great home and Midpines is a great location for Yosemite. Apart from the initial delay in communication, which may have been because of last minute booking, John was a great host. We needed some flexibility in checkin time and he was very considerate. The home is wonderful with a great open sky access which was perfect for star gazing. Lots of family games meant a short stay turned into a complete vacation. Thank you.

Great space in the outer fields of Yosemite

The ranch is beautiful and the Bird Ranch name is definitely fitting. We listened to the birds sing and chirp all day long. There is plenty of space on the ranch to do outdoor activities and explore. The house itself is an older home and it shows in some places but the charm of the home is great. I would definitely come back to this property.

Amazing hosts, amazing house, amazing farm! The house was clean and equipped with everything you could need, especially catered to children. Deanna got the kids involved right away with the farm animals and gave us free range of the property and amenities-including playing with the bunnies while she was away. She took tons of pictures of the kids and several group shots which she sent us the next day. Such a memorable and special weekend with the family. We’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Mariposa. The house was spotless, private and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It’s in a great location- close to town and an easy scenic drive to Yosemite. We felt completely at home and honestly didn’t wanna leave. Hope to come back soon.

Great place with lots of space, bbq, hot tub, pool. Wonderful views over the hills outside of Yosemite. It was one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was perfect for our family — clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. The high chair and pack-n-play were perfect for our 6-month-old, which made traveling with a baby so much easier. Our 7 and 3-year-old nephews loved the pool and game room — the variety of games kept them happily entertained throughout our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable, family-friendly experience. We also really appreciated the desk setup in one of the rooms, which made it easy to get work done during the trip. The host was super responsive and helpful from start to finish, which made everything even smoother. And I really appreciated how simple the checkout process was — all we had to do was lock the doors, which made leaving stress-free. Highly recommend this home for families — it had everything we needed and more!

Our group of 6 had a nice stay at Angela’s place for our 3 night stay. The place was comfortable and accommodated all our needs. Angela checked in with us regularly to see if there was anything we needed which was appreciated. If you’re looking for a convenient place in Modesto this is it.

Located a few mins drive outside the mountain town of Mariposa, Jessie's place was perfectly situated in a quiet and serene area within 45 mins drive of Yosemite Valley. The cabin is quaint and cozy with all the amenities we needed for our pleasant 4 night stay.

Second time staying and just as pleasant as the first! Cute little spot in a nice neighborhood!

Everything was perfect! Monica & Mike are great hosts! The space is beautiful & pretty spacious, cozy, clean & tidy. The furnitures both inside & outdoor are nice & comfortable. Great location: very peaceful, I particularly loved the sound of nature in the morning & at night. I thoroughly enjoyed having coffee in the mornings watching the sunrise & some wine in the evenings as the sun sets at the patio — it was just amazing! Coulterville is only 10 mins drive away & it was a lovely little town to explore with wonderful people to meet! My pup enjoyed our morning walks around the area & everyone we meet along the way was very friendly & welcoming & the views are stunning! Yosemite is still a bit of a drive away but the drive there is beautiful so it was worth it. I can’t recommend it enough, 10/10, worth it! I’ll definitely stay here again.

This is a magical place , so spacious and still cozy. On gorgeous land, away from everything and a great gateway to Yosemite. We loved it.

Christian is a great host. His home is decorated with much taste. His home felt extra safe because we could lock our vehicles inside the gate. I’m sure I will stay there again.
