Omg! What a beautiful home! I almost wanted to write a bad review to scare away people from reserving it LOL. Would HATE TO SEE others ruined this place for us! We will DEFINITELY stay here again in the future. The place is so nice. The host was wonderful with their welcoming sign and goodies. They had everything we needed. The only minor thing would be the mattress. It was not as comfortable. Maybe invested in some comforters. Other than that we loved everything about it! Cannot wait to be back!!! Next time we’ll make sure to book it for more days!

We were in town for a Spartan race and this property was conveniently located near the venue. It was easy to find and we found three different restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. We didn't have much time to spend in the area, the slept well and felt quite comfortable when we were in the house.

We were in need of temporary housing due to a flood in our home in LA, so we decided to head to Ripon for the holidays to be near family. Randi’s place was perfect for our needs and exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was meticulously maintained and clean. All of the furniture and linens were very high quality and comfortable. The house smelled and looked brand new on the inside and out. Randi was a great host and checking in and out was easy. My kids appreciated that there was a toy box with toys, books, and games in the “kid room.” The home was very spacious and the neighborhood was quiet and serene, with a cute coffee shop and a few restaurants across the street for our convenience. I’d give ten stars if I could. We loved our visit and will absolutely come back the next time we visit family in Ripon!

Second time staying at Penelope’s place. Love the country feel and solitude, yet very close to Modesto and the freeway. She is available and happy to make you feel at home. I will be back.

My family and I had a wonderful short stay. The host was responsive and helpful, and the home was beautifully maintained. We would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful place , room in a motel basically but easy to reach. We sparked first night in the road but had a place in the lot next day. Close to sequoia grove and also to Yosemite itself. Would recommend

Makai’s place was just like the photos and was very charming. It was homey with pops of color and comfortable bedding and the beds themselves were perfect! It was a wonderful place for my family of four for a weekend and was in a good location which was very close to restaurants/coffee shops, drug stores and grocery stores. Makai was very helpful as well, checked in multiple times prior to and during our stay. I hope to be able to stay here again when visiting the area and recommend it!

The Kozy Korner was perfect for our Yosemite visit. The location was close to the National park and easy to find. The studio space was just right for a couple. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. You can tell that Lynda takes good care of the space and takes pride in her property. She was also very responsive. I would recommend this property.

We loved staying here!! Our family spent a few days here spring break and had the best time! The property is private and peaceful. The house is comfortable and nice. The location is perfect for visiting Yosemite (although, you may love the property so much, you won’t feel the need to leave to visit the park!!!)

My wife and I got married at Yosemite this weekend and Nate’s home was the perfect place to stay. There was a lot of room to get ready for the big day. The game room is great, the house was clean, and it is surrounded by the beauty of nature! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Yosemite!

This was the most wonderful and relaxing cabin we have even seen/stayed in. The location is absolutely beautiful and private, surrounded by nature in every direction. We loved hearing the frogs in the small pond on the property at night as we roasted marshmallow in the fire pit. The hot tub was lovely after hiking Yosemite (about 1.5 hours away from the cabin). Lots of great restaurants in the town of Mariposa (15 minutes away) and fun shops to browse through. What we loved the most were the beds. So, so comfortable! The bedding was soft and clean. The whole place was just immaculate and cozy. We truly felt at home. We can’t wait to come back to this cabin when we visit again!

This is the second time we stayed at this place, and both times it was great… place was clean, nice rural views. The cabin is very homey. Thanks Mark! We will likely book again sometime.

What a terrific stay! This home was the perfect fit for a reunion of siblings and their young children. Cozy, comfortable, clean, and charming, it had everything we needed for going and old alike! The proprietors were welcoming and responsive, and clearly take pride in their beautiful home. Would highly recommend and will stay again if we return to the area!

My family and I wanted to have a mini vacation to celebrate our now 12 year old grandson, and were so lucky to connect with Tania & Nick to stay in their cozy, spacious, clean, well organized & beautifully decorated cabin. The cabin is located in a great gated community area by a Lake with incredible views and natural beauty. We visited Yosemite twice, enjoyed the beach/lake, had a walk around the cabin, had some much fun in the game room& even were able to see 2 deers. It was amazing! 🤩 Tania & Nick were amazing hosts! They were so thoughtful & mindful of our needs, were so professional, respectful and provided all the information needed for a safe & fun stay. We will most definitely choose their cabin again! Thank you so very much for giving us the opportunity to spend a quality time with our family in such beautiful place!

We spent a couple of days at Veronica’s place during the start of spring. The house had literally everything we needed - from a basketball hoop (with basketball!) in the front driveway, to the hot tub, to the fire pit area in the backyard, plenty of board games inside and a spacious living area. All of the areas were totally spotless and clean. We were traveling with my infant daughter and thankfully there was a high chair and crib provided. We could have easily stayed longer since we were comfortable in the house, but sadly we had to leave! My toddler still talks about how much fun he had. We hope to be back soon!

Initially everything seemed clean and as represented in the app. I was booked in the #2 cabin, this, was to be a doube entendre. There were problems with the plumbing in #2. Random gurgling from the toilet was a warning of a stench that followed, so bad it gave me dry heaves. After another gurgle at 2am, I stepped outside rather than a repeat experiece. I let the host know in the morning what happened just after another round with cabin #2, before I left for the day. I came back being told it was fixed. The place was closed up for the day, opening the door I was shocked by the stench. I stayed outside and waited, went back in to the gurgling bowels of #2 again!. I notified the hosts, who gave me an empty cabin for the night. I was thankful. I still begged them to go smell #2 for themselves. It was that bad. I told the host that I had thought I read another similar complaint from another guest. I was told afterwards that the owner now knows how bad things are in cabin #2.
