The Villa is on a fantastic spot with panoramic views from the upstairs bedroom. There is a local super market and bar / cafe minutes walk away. Great walking and running along the coast. Lots of lovely little bays and areas to snorkel on your own. Main marina 10-15 minute walk away. We hired a car and a boat and visited virtually every beech along the coast and to top it off it’s a 15 min drive into beautiful cuitadella. The sunsets at the lighthouse which is on your front door are out of this world. 10 min drive into Cala blanca which is an amazing beech. We loved it. The only thing we did miss was a safe for passports and valuables which would make add peace of mind while out off the Villa. We hope to return again soon.

We had a great weeks stay at Martí’s place. The apartment itself was spotless and had absolutely everything we could need as a home from home with a toddler (including a large travel cot, child friendly crockery & cutlery and even a potty!). The location was ideal with it being a 10 min walk to 2 beaches and a selection of bars and restaurants. The pool area within the complex was lovely too with a guy coming every day to clean the patio area and the sun beds. We’ll definitely be recommending to family and friends and would stay here again! Casa genial en zona cercana a Ciutadella y muy tranquila. Fácil aparcamiento y instalaciones limpias. La anfitriona muy atenta.

Villa Joaquina es tan encantadora como su anfitriona. Hemos pasado un días maravillosos en esta estancia, es una casa fresca y cómoda.

The house is perfectly located in Es Grau, where you can enjoy the beach and nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. The environment is really great! The terrace and the rooftop are super nice to have your meals and just relax. We really appreciated the equipment of a "real family house" with everything useful in the kitchen, the different bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We loved it and recommend 100%!

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, todo limpio y ordenado, las urbanización tranquila y bien cuidada,la playa cercana está fenomenal y en los alrededores hay varios restaurantes. La entrada se hace de manera autónoma. Para estar con la familia esta fenomenal!!!!!

Le logement était parfait : propre, confortable et bien situé. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et espérons revenir un jour.

Logement situé dans un endroit calme et joli entouré de pins. Logement facile d’accès et commodités à côté. Place de parking juste en bas du logement, tout était parfait. Et en prime superbe coucher de soleil de la terrasse. Cala et plage très proches accessible à pieds.

Un apartamento acorde con la descripción, acogedor, zona muy tranquila. Si volvemos a Menorca, repetiremos sin dudar. Marta es una anfitriona encantadora, comunicativa y nos ha puesto todo muy fácil.

El depto es aún más lindo que las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario. Súper cómodo para 4 personas. Nosotros éramos 5 con un bebé por ahí medio ajustados. Bea súper amable en todo sentido, tanto con el depto como con recomendaciones del lugar. Nuestro bebé se enfermó y me pasó info de médicos, etc. Volvería sin dudarlo!!! Gracias x todo!

L’appartamento è molto più bello e spazioso di quello che si vede nelle foto. Non mancava niente e siamo stati accolti anche con un cesto apprezzatissimo di benvenuto lasciato in cucina. Inoltre, asciugamani anche per il lettino da utilizzare per i lettini in piscina. Spugne per lavare i piatti e detersivo per la lavatrice. Posizione comoda per arrivare al centro di Ciutadella. Solo circa 4 km. Siamo stati soddisfatti dalla cura puntale di ogni informazione necessaria prima dell’arrivo e durante il soggiorno.

Maria a été réactive et flexible quant à l’arrivée. La location était parfaite, que ce soit en terme d’emplacement, de vue et de propreté. Je recommande vivement.

nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement. spacieux, très propre, bien aménagé, grande terrasse... trés proche de Fornells tout en étant au calme. très appréciable aussi l arrivée flexible. merci à toute l équipe de leur disponibilité
