My family and I had a wonderful time here, cooking and eating by the pool most nights and visiting local restaurants as well. A couple of beaches are within walking distance and the town is a short drive away (or with plentiful taxis). Everything worked perfectly and our hosts were responsive and helpful. Recommended.

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en Menorca. La casa está muy bien, forma parte de una urbanización de casas que comparten una piscina de buen tamaño y bien cuidada. Está en una zona muy tranquila, sin ruido por la noche. Tiene un buen sistema de aire acondicionado, tanto en la sala como en las habitaciones, que hemos utilizado mucho porque han sido días de bastante calor. Estaba todo tal y como se veía en las fotos. Alquilamos un coche para visitar la isla, y el acceso a la casa es fácil y sin atascos, y se aparca en la puerta. Se puede ir andando a la playa, a varios restaurantes, ... si bien solo lo hicimos una vez, porque dado el atractivo de la isla, preferíamos ir cada día a un sitio distinto. Fue una grata sorpresa encontrar en la casa varios equipos para hacer snorkel, que aprovechamos cada día. Mis hijos disfrutaron varias noches del jacuzzi de la piscina, toda una experiencia!

We have just come back from what was an incredible stay at Ramon's apartment. The apartment was beautiful, private, clean and tidy and extremely spacious! We had the best time. Ramon was always available to answer questions, before and during the stay. He was very flexible and tried to accommodate us with any requests we had. The location is perfect for buses to Mahon and a short walk to the beach in Punta Prima and just across the road is a waterpark! The pool at the apartment was fantastic and everyone had a brilliant time. There is acess to a BBQ and the apartment also had brilliant cooking facilities in the modern kitchen! The dishwasher was a welcome edition! We will be returning again next year! Thank you Ramon!

Súper chula la casa, increíblemente amplia y con todo lo necesario! La zona era perfecta, con dos calas súper bonitas cerca y una parada de bus prácticamente en la puerta de la casa. Anfitriones muy atentos en todo momento y con rápida comunicación.

we hebben zo genoten met ons gezin van de tijd in Menorca. De villa heeft zon van smorgens tot savonds laat en het zwembad ligt lekker centraal zodat er steeds contact was met de kinderen die niet uit het zwembad waren weg te slaan. Super fijn dat het zo dichtbij de super mooi van calandria lag! Heel mooie wandelingen kunnen doen daar als ook genieten van prachtige zonsondergangen. Antonio nog eens een dikke merci voor de hulp die je ons geboden hebt , echt zeer geapprecieerd.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles, was man braucht - und noch mehr! Giorgia ist sehr reaktionsschnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage nahe bei Mahon und dem Flughafen empfanden wir als praktisch und uns hat es nicht gestört, dass zwischendurch ein Flugzeug über unsere Köpfe geflogen ist. Einkauf (mit dem Auto) und Restaurants (zu Fuss) gibt es in der Nähe.

The house was even more beautiful than it appeared on the picture and the beach nearby was amazing, I definitely recommend!

Excelente villa en Mahon para disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones. El anfitrión es muy atento, amable y se ha mostrado muy flexible tanto con la entrada como la salida.

Spectacular villa, perfect for a family vacation. It has everything children and adults need for enjoyment. The children's play area is incredible, and it's also secluded enough so the children don't get in the way but can still be easily monitored. For adults, the spa and gym make the difference. They're truly on another level. The pool is beautiful and very comfortable, ideal for spending the whole day swimming and cooking on the BBQ. The location is great, right next to the beach and in the middle of the island. Although we didn't go out much because this house draws you in; no one wanted to leave, especially the children. The area where the house is located is a very beautiful and peaceful pine forest (all you can hear are the birds). The only downside is that after this villa, all the others we stay in will seem much worse.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The pool is beautiful and we spent so much time in it. The communication with the host was quick, helpful and they were very happy to answer or help with any queries we had.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in Villa Linda. It is spacious, luxurious and extremely well-equipped. The balcony has a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. There are two eating areas, outdoor and indoor to comfortably seat 10 people. The kitchen has a large number of glasses, cutlery and crockery which was great for a group of 10. The pool area is stunning and it is well maintained as are the grounds. We liked the attention to detail, including the towels with the Villa Linda logo. The beach, supermarkets and restaurants are all in easy walking distance and Punta Prima has everything you need for a week’s holiday. Car rental and buses are also easy to get from the area. Miquel was on hand to answer any questions and was very friendly and helpful. We loved it and would highly recommend this wonderful villa.

We had a beautiful family holiday at this lovely villa .It was our first time visiting Menorca and we're not disappointed when we arrived at the villa .Nuria allowed us to drop our luggage off as we arrived quite a bit of time before check in and 11 of us didn't want to carry it around .Upon checking in we began to explore this huge villa and we were all very happy. My husband and I chose the annexe building which had its own patio overlooking the pool .Views are to die for especially at sunset and we spent many evenings on the top balcony with our family enjoying supper .Lots of fun was had in the pool and jacuzzi, even though the jets didn't work on the jacuzzi it was lot's of fun and the sunbathing area was a sun trap .The only down fall was we didn't realise how far away from town it was (Son Bou) and down some very steep stairs to access the lower roads infront of the villa .There's no direct access to the beach even though it looks very close .We loved our time here,thank you ❤️
