Absolutely loved this location. It felt like we were at a spa retreat with the fountain, outdoor shower, and hot tub. David’s guide is the best I’ve seen on Airbnb. Lots of great recommendations and instructions for the house. We felt right at home and the surrounding neighbors that we saw were very friendly. 10/10!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the lodge for our one year wedding anniversary. It is located on the same property as their vineyard which makes for a beautiful, serene view and setup. During our stay, we did a very personal wine tasting with David in the main house. It truly is a cool experience and unlike any other wine tasting I have done before, not to mention the wine was very good! The lodge itself is cozy and relaxing with a private back patio looking into the trees and nature. I wasn’t so sure about the outdoor shower at first but it was actually really nice! Water warmed up really fast and the view is amazing. The bed is located upstairs which was very comfortable and cozy with plenty of pillows and blankets. If you have trouble with mobility, the stairs leading to the bedroom are not easy to navigate and there are more stairs from the parking lot to the lodge with some uneven ground at times. If you are fine with stairs and some walking, it is well worth it!

This is a charming place, beautifully kept with lovely furnishings. We really enjoyed the well appointed kitchen as we cooked every day. The yard and gardens are beautifully kept, peaceful and serene. Oranges growing right outside the house! We were in town for a wedding, and Santa Rosa is right in the middle of so many enjoyable things to do. We hiked on the CCT out past Bodega Bay, enjoyed restaurants in Healdsburg, visited the redwoods and shopped at the Barlow in Sebastopol. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely home. We had a fabulous time!

a peaceful, scenic spot! fantastically well equipped and provisioned, we had a wonderful time! lynn and john are gracious and helpful hosts and it is clear that they have put alot of effort into making a guest house that anyone should be able to appreciate and enjoy!

Sarah was the perfect host and made our stay super easy. The property and the neighbourhood exceeded our expectations and made for the perfect time spent in Guerneville. We look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Riverwood cottage is an experience to replenish your soul. The cottage layout is perfection. The entrance welcomes you into a kitchen with whimsical accents of retro turquoise appliances. The kitchen is very functional for any family chef. The host has been generous and supplied spices to support most meals. There is a classic claw foot tub in the bathroom. The beds are so comfortable you melt into them. TV has easy access to your personal apps. There is a gas fireplace to cuddle up in front of. The very private outside includes an expensive deck with a hot tub canopied by Redwood trees. Then there is the yard, magical with small bridges that take you down to river's edge. Wildlife abounds everywhere! Sangeeta, the host is kind, patient, generous and communicative. My limited time at home was incredible. This cottage is my favorite Airbnb stay ever. 10/10 would most definitely recommend this area. Cozy vibes, beautiful views, and lovely chickens! The kitchen was clean and all the right utensils were there, the shower also had running hot water which was nice. Overall a very pleasant stay, and was really pretty.

Cynthia‘s house was excellent, very, very quaint and beautiful. We loved all the old-fashioned touches. The windows were absolutely amazing and the bird song in the morning was incredible. The hot tub was hot and perfect. And the gardens were so beautiful. We were absolutely enamored with everything. Cynthia was great and easy to work with and responsive. The way this old gem was kept up and left in its original form was extremely inspiring. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much for hosting us.

We had a great time. The cottage was comfortable and warm. Loved the patio out back.

The first thing you notice is the waves from all directions. You immediately feel at peace. All the amenities were easy to locate and good quality, including great pots and pans, knives dishes and gadgets for cooking. There were extra linens and towels, it was comfy upstairs and down. It was well laid out and you look out at Point Reyes and Tomales Bay while lying in bed upstairs. The stairs were quite steep but there was a nice bedroom downstairs as well. I enjoyed the heated ceramic floor in the downstairs bathroom and there was good water pressure. We loved the wide wraparound deck and dock, as well as outdoor tables and a garden. The beds and sofas were all very good quality and comfortable and it was nice to have the fireplace. The dog had room to sniff and roam safely at will as the decks and garden were well enclosed. Hog Island is one minute away, Tony’s five minutes away for the chowder, and truly awesome pizza at Route One on the way to the dog beach at Dillon. Thanks!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The outside is gorgeous and relaxing. The outdoor patio and hot tub are amazing! The location is also fabulous. We went to the Bothe-Napa state park and the Castello di Amorosa both of which were only 15min away as is downtown Calistoga which is really cute. We really enjoyed our stay!! The only slightly problematic feature is the toilet, it doesn’t really work.

Collin's place was so lovely and peaceful! We had a great time and really enjoyed having the creek right outside the bedroom. Collin was kind enough to give us some recommendations for places to eat that we really enjoyed!

I’ve done A LOT of traveling and have stayed in many Airbnbs, but Mama K’s is by far my most favorite! The house is lovely and has more than the amenities anyone would need and, I’ve never stayed in a more CLEAN Airbnb before— all the tiny details have not been overlooked! This was my second time enjoying the space & I did not want to leave. It’s one of the most beautiful, spotless (and I am very detail oriented!) and peaceful places I’ve spent time. The grounds are absolutely beyond beautiful— from the lush yard to the incredible access to the Russian River out the back door to the outdoor shower and private clawfoot tub, the hot tub on the deck to the whimsical gardens, use of river toys (canoes & kayaks) and more! I had tears in my eyes when it was time to leave! I cannot say enough about this truly one of a kind and magical place. Thank you Karen for the opportunity to enjoy a true slice of heaven!

The aesthetic and location is what drew me to this beautiful cottage, but I must say the little personal touches - like phenomenal Parachute sheets, quality coffee beans ready for us in the grinder, and a local bottle of wine - made it even more special for my stay. Our hosts were incredibly responsive for recommendations in the area. I hope to be back!

This home is within walking distance of the fantastic downtown area. Sally is a tremendous host who left us a valuable list of places to eat and wine-tasting. The home is much larger than we anticipated. The spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen are very open. Both bedrooms have a large bathroom. The neighboring homes are tranquil. We loved going for walks at the nearby Vallejo State Park. We will definitely be staying here again and look forward to working with Sally.

Jacquelyn’s Charming Cottage on the Mendocino Coast was exactly that. We fell in love upon entering the home and you can feel how much care they put into creating this special space. The local recommendations were perfect, the location was beautiful and we feel grateful we were able to make memories here.

We hope to return to this location with family and friends. This property has 2 AirBnB cottages. They are nestled by beautiful gardens with a view of the mountains. Easy access to many vineyards, excellent restaurants, hikes, and the Charles Shultz Museum. We slept amazingly well with the comforts of home. Linda was a very gracious host and she even gifted us with a jar of her delicious homemade jelly. Our time at this location was truly wonderful!

We enjoyed our time here. It is very rural, quiet and peaceful. Laytonville is a small town so the grocery store is very basic. It is only about 10 minutes away and open until 11. We were traveling with small children and arrived later in the day. The kids were hot and hungry and we had not had a chance to get food. The woman handling check in had a plate of fruit and was incredibly gracious to share to help keep them going until we could run in and grab groceries. She also called ahead to confirm how late they would be open. (4th of July) The walk to the private lake is not difficult and there are multiple kayaks you can use. In addition, it was during an incredible heatwave and there were regular check-ins to make sure all was well and everyone had water. There is no air conditioning but there are many fans that helped it cool off at night. Any issues or concerns were dealt with timely and appropriately. The service was truly above and beyond.

We loved our stay at Ashley's! She was very communicative and answered our questions right away. The location is amazing as it is right on the river and across the street from such an incredible beach! We would love to stay here again if we are in the area :)

What a lovely cozy cabin. we enjoyed the fireplace and view from the living room and the peacefulness and lovely flowers in the backyard. Even saw some hummingbirds. Instructions were found for easy operation of anything in the cabin. Lots of extra touches throughout that make your stay feel more like home. We would stay again if in the area.

Comfortable cute little cottage with a big private fenced yard, exactly as described and peaceful and relaxing beyond the description. All equipments worked perfect and amenities are of good quality. Our dog loved to explore the closed patio while we had a quiet and peaceful dinner watching over him sniffing around. Tom was very professional and friendly. His communication was exactly what we wanted-we felt comfortable that we can communicate him if we needed any help. Super lovely cottage as a whole and we love to come back here again.

Joshua’s place was perfect. The home was beautiful and the surrounding area was great. The home is set back on a quiet street, which made enjoying the home so relaxing. I brought my two dogs who enjoyed sunbathing on the wrap around patio/deck and running around the yard. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!!
