Rhonda’s place was perfect! The location is unbelievable, you can see the Lorraine Hotel right from the yard. Rhonda always had our backs and was more than willing to help us get laundry soap when we needed it. The place was clean and we knew exactly what we were responsible for when we left. We were super impressed. When we are in Memphis we will stay here!

Ann and her place are fantastic! This is exactly what Abnb is all about. A private individual providing a warm, comfortable place, full of interest and individuality. Extra touches, such as a well stocked fridge, a full fruit bowl and home made banana bread. One of the best. Michael

It's a wonderful place! I plan to stay there again. I liked the interior's character and the privacy of its location. Leanna was very responsive in communications and attentive to making the stay enjoyable.

The guest house was perfect for our quick overnight stop in Memphis and had everything we needed!

Nice place, comfortable and easy to find

Exceptionally nice place to stay we felt right at home. The bed mattresses were so nice they slept better than the sleep number bed I have at home. The breakfast and offer of free ice were a huge plus for us, so nice to just go downstairs and have it waiting on us. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was special as well. There was some activity in the other building and people walking to and from their vehicles but nothing to be concerned about. We felt very safe especially on the second floor. The porches were fun to sit on and take in all the beauty and the stars at night. The short drive to town was a little longer than expected otherwise everything was perfect.

The guest house is very nice. It's very comfortable and clean. Everything you could imagine needing was provided. The bed is so comfortable, I slept like a baby. Taylor is a fantastic host!

Stephanie’s place was the perfect spot to rest while on our cross country trip. We enjoyed hanging out in the treehouse and the ability to do laundry was really convenient. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Overall the place was great and I would highly recommend it! It’s a really nice place, very quiet and the host was extremely quick to respond and very helpful with any needs. The only thing I would say is if you plan on staying but have a larger truck I would suggest parking on the street since the driveway to the back is a bit tight for those. But there’s plenty of free parking right near the place.

We decided to go on a spur of the moment weekend trip. This unit was very cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was well organized and clean. It is in a good neighborhood pretty much close to most tourists attractions. We highly recommend this unit it is well worth it for a couple. Only issue we had was the a/c dripped a little inside while we stayed no big deal this issue was immediately corrected. Theodore is very responsive and polite. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

It's a lovely guest house. The size was perfect for us. The living space it spacious and comfortable. It overlooks a really large covered patio space with a private back yard, great for morning coffee! We are locals, displaced due to damage to our home in a recent storm. So we are familiar with East Memphis/this area. It's an area that we sought out to stay in. The location is great, really close to everything. We were slightly concerned about being in a guest house on someone's property. But this was not a problem at all. It's a private space with it's own parking area, our vehicles were secure with gated parking. We had a small dog with us and she loved her little private back yard. We were very comfortable here for our stay. It's a quaint & cozy East Memphis home.

I can’t say enough about my long term stay at the cottage. Hosts were friendly and responsive to issues that arose and were fixed timely. The cottage was comfortable and clean and I felt extremely safe my entire 2.5 months I was there. It was quiet and had all amenities I could need. I will certainly look into their bigger rental when I have family come visit.

Trevor was the best host. He always answered any questions I had within just minutes or sending the message. The home was very clean and looked just like the pictures. I will definitely be staying here again!

Patrick’s place is the perfect getaway for a peaceful, quiet, private stay. The inlaw suite has everything you need, very clean, and the backyard is tranquil with plenty of sitting and grass to relax. Parking was easy and very close to near by shops and malls. Great location, centrally located, 15mins from airport. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

The host was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond for our family and checked in to make sure had everything we needed. Would love to come back again.

The guesthouse is exactly as described. Great location - very quiet and relaxing, but less than 10 minutes to the grocery store, big box retail, restaurants and the mall. Love the wildlife in the area, ducks, geese, deer, squirrels and fish - we saw them all. Great internet connection and Dish for satellite TV. College and Jeff are great hosts.
