Whispering Oak in the heart of Midtown

Built in 1908 and well preserved and loved over the decades. The front garden once featured a massive 200 year old Oak tree from which we named the property. The front garden is enclosed with an iron fence and gate with off street parking. The house is divided into two private apartments each with an entrance form the front porch. Walking in Memphis (Entire upstairs apartment)

Located in the heart of midtown. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and parks. $7 Uber ride to Beale St. There could not be a more ideal location for a visit to Memphis. A private bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom in the upstairs of our home built in 1912. Coffee and tea is available in the kitchenette. We have two small children and a dog, but the space is private with a private entrance.
