With 3 kids, I’ve become a germaphobe when it comes to them. I felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Truly immaculate!! The open space and cleanliness of it all made me feel so good about our stay. Communication was on point with any questions that we had. Definitely recommend this place to everyone staying in the LA area!! Thank you!!

El departamento es mucho más lindo que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente para moverse en auto por toda la ciudad, en un vecindario muy tranquilo y el lugar de estacionamiento es un plus inmejorable que lo hace el lugar perfecto para quedarse en LA. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos con Juan. Hospedaje súper recomendable.

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

This place was wonderful! Manhattan Beach experienced a power outage for almost a whole day during our stay and Nicole was super responsive and on the whole situation. Obviously it was no fault of hers, but she kept in touch throughout the whole day to make sure we were comfortable! 10/10 would stay here again in the future.

Alles, wirklich alles an dieser Unterkunft war perfekt 💯 Unsere Teeni Tochter hatte oben ihr eigenes Reich und das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer war groß genug um mit einem 1,5 jährigen drin zu schlafen. Die Küche war ein Traum. Viele gesunde Basics waren vorhanden (Ghee, Avocadoöl, etc) Wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde super wohl gefühlt und waren echt traurig nach 11 Nächten schon gehen zu müssen. Wir sind oft mit dem Buggy runter zum Pier gelaufen (15min), einfach ein Traum. Außerdem war es außergewöhnlich sauber. Die ganze Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem ist es toll und gemütlich 🥰 Gym ist auch völlig ausreichend. Michela hat uns auch ungefragt tolle Weihnachts Tipps für die Region geschrieben. Und sowieso war die Kommunikation mit Michela, Jake und auch Jerry total unkompliziert. Danke für alles 🫶🏼 Wenn es passt kommen wir definitiv wieder.

The house was very clean and practical. Mary responded to all our questions quickly and was super helpful throughout. The place felt really cozy and warm, and we didn’t experience any technical issues during our stay. Location-wise, it was pretty close to everything. Hot water, stove, and all the essentials were working perfectly, and everything we needed was already provided. We definitely had a lovely time during our trip and would absolutely recommend staying here!

Joseph’s place was cute, clean and in a great location. We were surprised by delicious snacks and soft drinks. He communicated with us effectively and in a timely manner. 15 min drive to Universal Studios. I would stay there again.

Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry was easy to use. The house is comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice, about 5-10 minutes from the corner of Washington & National, where there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Target is about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, but I’d recommend uber. The bed was comfortable but on a pallet instead of bed frame, so it wasn’t great. I messaged the host and she advised they would fix soon.

We were so thankful to find Tom’s two bedroom home in a sea of one bedrooms! Tom’s communication could not have been more responsive or friendly too! We were helping our daughter-in-law and grandbaby travel back to the east coast from Asia, with a stopover in the Valley to visit family. After such a long trip (with more to go!), we needed a quiet, safe, supportive situation with good beds, a fridge, and countless thoughtful touches like coffee! Sometimes, there’s just not time or energy in a short stay to go to the grocery for basic items. PLUS, there were no check-out chores like stripping beds, washing sheets, taking out the trash, etc! Again, a huge blessing for super-tired travelers. As experienced AirBnb-ers, we see many hosts heap those things on the guests in addition to a cleaning fee. Sometimes that works, but this wasn’t one of those times. Thank you, Tom, for being so kind, hospitable, and communicative!

Cheryl is an amazing host. Always super quick to respond. The rental is outstanding. It’s situated on a large lot behind the main house and amongst a couple other rentals within the property but are all detached. I appreciated having my own parking space on the property although there is plenty of street parking. The unit is like a small one bedroom apartment without shared walls. It has a full kitchen and also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the unit. The space is all newly built so it’s very clean and new. I enjoyed all the windows which brought in a lot of natural light. Made the space feel even bigger. Although I didn’t enjoy the outdoor space, it seemed very serene and peaceful to use. The area is very quiet and walkable. It’s a short drive to great restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful private retreat in the heart of Atwater. That is was also dog and family friendly was such a huge bonus. We needed a place to stay near our home while our floors were being refinished. And this place was wonderful! We were able to walk to multiple restaurants and coffee shops. We’d had a slight issue with the AC on the first night, but Eloísa and her crew were very responsive and the issue was resolved within hours. She also gave us a slight credit for our trouble. The spaces are well proportioned and it feels like a home that folks live in. Clean, bright and functional! Big tables to play games at and plenty of places to unwind. The sofa has seen better days but the master bedroom mattress is divine! Definitely going to recommend her place to friends and family visiting from out of town.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Location was convenient. Check in instructions were clear. Apartment was clean and well furnished with washer/dryer and fridge also having filtered water dispenser. Water bottles were provided on the dining table upon arrival. Sergey is a responsive host providing timely instructions for check-in and checkout.

Sam’s listing was great for my 2 week stay. It was quiet and conveniently located in Santa Monica. The bed was very comfortable. The parking space was also a huge bonus. The front building door key is a bit difficult to use and you have to put it in just so to get it to open. Also it’s a bit confusing to get to the apartment from the parking space. Overall this was a great choice for a long term stay in Santa Monica.

place was clean, Selina was accomodating in switching parking spots to accommodate our vehicles, pet Friendly, and host was also very responsive.

Amazing location with a legit and full view of the ocean! It would take a week to enjoy the wonderful combination of restaraunts and bars within walking distance . (Try The Strand upstairs for an amazing view and food) Perfect for my last minute business trip , highly recommend!!

navid's met my expectations: clean, safe, and accessible to my needs.. He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

This was a great place to use when I had additional family in town. Dave was responsive, helpful and very easy to work with.
