Car parks are 2 or 5 min walks away, also free on street parking is available 10 minutes walk away. Beach is a 1 min walk and the town centre a 5 min stroll along the prom. The flat is on the first floor of a period townhouse on Dorchester Road, and is close to local amenities (Tesco Express, pub, Post Office and chip shop). A complete renovation in 2022 has transformed this unique property into a modern and spacious holiday home. Situated in a quiet residential area, Bella Vista enjoys a stunning position overlooking Weymouth's Radipole Lake and Nature Reserve. The house is ideally located just a fifteen minute walk to the beach and five minutes to local amenities.

Enjoy easy access both beach and town centre from this beachfront couples' retreat. This top floor (3rd floor) flat has panoramic views across the bay and there's even a telescope. This apartment is right next to a M&S food hall and within 100m of a fish n chip shop, a Chinese takeaway, a traditional pub and several bars and restaurants. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa that pulls out into a bed in the lounge. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom.

Bedroom 2, has a King size bed and a single bed. Nearby carparks. A permit can be arranged at extra cost. Parking is not guaranteed.

Carlton Guest Suites - Weymouth

This self contained guest suite located in Weymouth has its own entrance. One room with a small kitchenette and a separate bathroom. Though totally separate, it is attached to our house and there is a lock box at your front door for you to collect and return your key. It has it's own allocated parking spot on our drive at the front of the house. We are minutes away from the beach and are close to town and amenities!
