The Oasis, built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you will need for your stay. Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Close to amazing parks, hiking trails, airboat tours, manatee sightseeing & much more! The I-95 on-ramp is 3 mins away

The spacious backyard, though not fully fenced, is equipped with security lights in this safe and tranquil neighborhood. Lilo House provides just a short walking stroll to Melbourne Mall, restaurants and cafes.

Poolside Paradise

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (some in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 4 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!

Unit D is on the 2nd floor at the rear of the house with a private entrance on a small balcony.

This 1925 building has been lovingly restored by owners. Spacious one-bedroom apartment with an outdoor deck that looks over garden with fruit trees, flowers, butterflies and three chickens. Screened porch off of living room ideal for reading and napping. Located on quiet street. Short walk to vibrant, historic Downtown Melbourne. We're also close to Florida Tech and Holmes Regional Medical Center. Solar panels now provide energy for the apartment.

Our little neighborhood is a hidden gem full of ancient oak trees dripping with Spanish Moss and Southern charm. Take a stroll down to the marina or Rosetter or Houston park and read about the historic homes along the way. Or skip the gym for a 3-mile walk instead, over the Eau Gallie bridge to Canova Beach.
