The living experience was enjoyable. The facilities were clean, any of the toiletries required were provided by the rooms. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

This hotel from the moment you enter it’s definitely a nice space and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Check in is at 2pm onwards when I arrived it was only 12:30pm and my room was ready and no problem checking in early which was great after a long drive from Sydney. The rooms are furnished very well and the bed and pillow selection was amazing. The rooms are so private and sound proof. I can’t actually wait to stay again and the facilities are amazing too. The secure car parking is also a plus. Thanks again for making my stay memorable. Have no hesitation recommending this hotel to family, friends and business associates. Thanks again…!

I like the place because of its proximity to everywhere. The host keep the place very clean and thoughtful, initially had issue with the stove but Hwa Young is very fast in fixing the problem, very communicative. Will be back!

Seema fue una gran anfitriona! Nos recibió aún siendo tarde, nos dejó utilizar la lavadora y siempre estuvo atenta a nuestros pedidos. Además, la casa es hermosa, súper organizada y limpia. El jabón de manos y de lavanda y eucalipto eran fantásticos! Recomendamos encarecidamente pasar por allí. La parada del colectivo estaba a 80 metros, nos pudimos mover fácilmente. La cama era espectacular, cómoda y calentita, ideal para el clima allí. Gracias Seema!

Wow what an amazing property, beautifully styled with period features and a rear enchanted private garden a must to be enjoyed. Well situated with an easy stroll to Williamstown’s restaurant strip this property is a must for those wanting to get away in comfort and style. Melissa is a delightful host making me feel welcome from the moment l walked in showing me around the property and in pointing out some of the local dining hot spots. I’m very much looking forward to my next visit which will be very soon.

The suite was delightful and the perfect cosy hideaway from the winter weather. The spa was incredible (and clean!) and the scenery was gorgeous. I hope I get to visit again soon as I probably could’ve stayed for way longer :)

great value for money. beds are firm (I prefer medium) but was just as comfy as $450 p/n hotels. easy check in, friendly staff all round(extra points for this one). room service provided unlike some other airbnb I've stayed at in Melb. place a tad outdated but I don't care about those things as this trip we only used the room to rest up, shower and sleep. I'd personally not hire if I were looking at cooking.

I won't stop recommending this place to stay, I love how easy I could make new from other part of the world inside the hostal. The vibe is just so awesome, the staff is amazing! The laundry service is great! The toilets are private and the shower is really good, the temperature of the water is very stable! Marco the manager is an amazing human being as the whole staff!

It was right in front of Flinders Street Station. The location was extremely well and everything you need is at walking distance I would recommend the place for sure.

Lovely flat (only quibble was that we didn't get a cleaning service so had to ask reception for towels, shower gel, tea etc to be replenished), excellent locality, beautiful city. Had a really great time in Australia. Wonderful scenery on the Great Ocean Drive. Nice cycle ride to Brighton beach. And loads of other things to do. Highly recommend both the apartment and the city.

An amazingly comfortable gem of a place! Loved the free street parking, king size bed plus a queen size bed. Lots of bathroom treats for use and great sized coffee mugs! Loved the quantity of coffee sachets and milk cups in the fridge.
