nice host will definitely come back again

The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

Such a beautiful place. The location is slightly in a rural area, and the view of nature is really beautiful. The host was also very nice, and super responsive.

Absolutely a must stay! WOW doesn't describe enough how beautiful the grounds and pool are. The Villa is CLEAN and SMELLS GREAT, which is important for sensitive people. Villa is very comfortable, nicely decorated, and visited by super cute tree frogs. The team at the Villa are very responsive and helpful. They are hard workers, always keeping things clean and maintained. We dealt mostly with Richard and Nat, they were excellent, as we're the other workers. I do not hesitate at all to recommend. This would be great for groups of travelers, utilizing more than one of the villas, or like my group of 4 in one Villa. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Whole team took care of our stay, all communicating well with each other and nobody missing a beat. Even got support when taxi tried to rip me off. Pool cleaned daily and cleaning services offered as well. Plan on using them when coming back. Thank you!

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

It is difficult to overstate the many positive things associated with a stay at Nakara Villas. The guest experience is as superlative as it comes within a beautiful and peaceful setting and a staff as welcoming and helpful as can be. Great villa, just one draw back that has nothing to do with the villa is the trash on the street that took away the charm of the outside space just a little bit

what a beautiful place to stay. nice pool for the kids to play with a larger one available close by to use for free. the beach is very safe for the kids and super warm! the house is huge with enough room for our group of 9. the beaches pretty much private and so peaceful and relaxing. we were sad to leave. thanks so much.

Amazing Villa & Exceptional Hospitality Our stay at this villa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the place. The villa was well-maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool – it was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing dip. The surroundings added to the charm, making it a truly peaceful retreat. A special mention to the caretaker (Tin Tin ), who was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality made the experience even better. This is a wonderful stay just outside of Siem Reap, but don't let the distance stop you. You can easily get into town by tuk tuk, and you will love the beautiful surroundings that include swimming pools and lots of plants with a koi pond on one end and goldfish on the other. The rooms are as pictured with lovely concrete floors, nice lighting and wonderful sheets plus good water pressure and plenty of hot water. This peaceful stay was a welcome respite from the busy city and a nice place to return to. Davy and the entire staff were all very helpful. I'm sure I'll return and will be sending others. Thank you!

Villa Ananda was an absolute dream. Every detail of this stunning home is beautifully thought out—from the elegant decor to the serene atmosphere, making it the perfect escape. The villa was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and filled with charm. The pool and surrounding spaces were pure bliss, offering a tranquil place to unwind and soak in the beauty of Kep. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of Sokhim and his wonderful wife. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Sokhim went above and beyond, arranging an amazing tour for us and coordinating TukTuk transportation throughout our stay, making everything seamless. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. This is a place I will absolutely return to, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway in Kep, Villa Ananda is it!

Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.

The place was such a nice retreat from the hustle and heat of siem ream reap. We had a large group of family and friends (including older adults and babies) and the villa was perfect for our stay. Everyone had their own bathrooms attached to their rooms. We cooked meals and ate outside every evening. We had a car so we could easily park on the property. We hung out by the pool every afternoon to distract us from the heat. It was perfect. Ma Ra was such a great host and even joined my parents for a lovely evening chat once in a while. My parents appreciated it so much. Can’t wait to stay here next time we visit Siem Reap.
