Great location for exploring Rochester

My colleague stayed at Dan's apartment for several weeks for work. The apartment was great and my colleague had everything he needed. One comment to make, he did receive a parking ticket in the car park for slightly over hanging the space with his work van so just be careful if you have a large vehicle.

Chantal is a great host, great communication and friendly . The accomodation was top notch and my engineers would stay again in a heartbeat. The house was very spacious, clean with lots of parking. Highly recommended.

The house was beautiful, tastefully updated and very well organized. We loved using the fireplaces and Kate had the house nicely decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was wonderful and we enjoyed cooking our Christmas dinner there. It was a perfect setting for a vacation rental, lovely grounds, footpaths just around the corner, just perfect! And Kate was very responsive to all our requests. Recommended great local restaurants and a 13th century church for Christmas Day. Excellent accommodation! We loved it!

Micheal was a great host! He was very responsive and addressed the few issues we had in a timely manner. The house was very clean and spacious and felt like our home away from home. I would have given this a full 5 star, but the off street parking was just kind weird for us, was a bit of of a distance, and just didn’t do it for me. Will consider this property again when next in the UK.

Lovely mini break away for two nights. House is very nicely decorated, spacious clean and has everything you need! Mary is a fabulous host and was only a message (or doorbell) away for anything you needed. Highly recommended to all 5* xxx

The house is spacious with beautiful views from all the windows, it would be great for a family but equally perfect for just my brother and I. Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

I would highly recommend this location and host. The apartment is new and is exactly as shown in the photos, nicely decorated and very clean. Convenient location for local amenities. Private parking right outside the apartment. It was super easy to get in with the hosts instructions. The host was super responsive in answering our questions.
