Marius's place is lovely. We loved our stay. The pictures don't justify this beautiful home. You have greenry, park and sunrise views from the bedroom and sunset views from the living room. It just can't get any better! The home is newly renovated and everything is pristine. It's spacious and has everything you might need for your stay. Marius is a super host. He accommodated our requests and was prompt in arranging for all the things we felt missing at home. He made sure our stay was comfortable. Also, there are 2 tube stations and both are approx 10 min walk from the property. Would definitely recommend this place. I'd love to book it again for my future travels.

A lovely 2 bedroom flat in a very convenient location to Dartford station. Beds extremely comfortable and a wide range of appliances. Excellent communication with the host. I would certainly stay there again.

Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

This was my first time visiting friends in Kent from Liverpool, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Maidstone East station was just a short walk from this lovely accommodation, making it incredibly convenient. Mitchell was kind enough to provide his contact details in case I needed any assistance, though everything was smooth and straightforward upon arrival. The property was spotless, with a clean, fresh scent, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The fast internet was a lifesaver as I had a work meeting to attend before heading out for some shopping at Maidstone Centre with friends. After a long day of travel and socialising, the hot shower and bath were the perfect way to unwind, with lovely smelling soaps provided, and fresh white towels! There’s also a small spa nearby for any last-minute items you might need for a short stay. There’s also a private parking available if you live abit closer than I do. I’ll be looking to book again next year

My friend and I had 4 absolutely amazing days. The place is perfect, a view over the fields, with beautiful horses. We slept like roses :) and there were also beautiful ones on the well equipped terrace. The place is perfect. Each room has his own bathroom which we both really appreciated. The house is clean. A nice living room and a kitchen to cook easily with everything you need. Mark and Kaye are just wonderful people. Kind. Helpful. They helped us out when we were stuck with a problem and Mark even picked us up at the station. Thank you, Mark and Kaye! Catherine and Lieve

Spotless property, well equiped for what we needed, fantastic communication from Greg. Only downside but nothing major, no where to hang or store clothes as no wardrobe or large drawers, only small bedside drawers are provided.

We had a lovely stay. The host was very helpful and responsive. There were a few items of cutlery short and this arrived very quickly when we mentioned it. The house was perfect for our family and dogs. The area was very lovely and there were some superb pubs and takeaways nearby. We would throughly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay again.

the host was amazing and responsive. they had a small issue which delayed us getting into the property on time however they arranged alternative accommodation somewhat closeby. we were already aware of the area as I have family on the same estate. friendly neighbours too. bin men need a talking to about their attitude but that's a council problem. thank you for giving us a great home away from home experience for the past month. the house is beautiful and nicely shaded. only downfall is washing struggles to dry in the shade but we made it work! thank you

David was very helpful from the moment I booked his lovely apartment—always ready to assist. The apartment has a charming touch and is conveniently located right next to Lakeside. Bus and train options are nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot as well.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

Had a lovely few days of exploration and relaxation at The Garden Room, Diana was so warm and welcoming. The view is even better in person and the place itself has a super cosy vibe while still being private. Diana’s hand drawn maps for different walking trails were so helpful too! Have already recommended to friends and definitely hope to be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Maidstone! The apartment was lovely, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time. The location was also great, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Beautiful cosy apartment in peaceful location close to all amenities. I stayed nearly two weeks (for work), found it very comfortable and homely, spacious, and well enough equipped to cook each day. Highly recommended. Excellent communication from Naith and easy check in too.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the high street with its great selection of shops and restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to the sea front. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is very quiet. The flat is wonderfully eclectic and tastefully decorated, and the host was fantastic—very caring and responsive, addressing all our needs promptly. Our family, especially our toddler, felt right at home. There were plenty of toys, books, and even a train track set up upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and kept our little one entertained while we settled in. We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.
