Eight of us went to Perch, Goalpara in Shantiniketan. A peaceful, well maintained 2 storey homestay amidst beautiful nature. Mahua is a great host and Debnarayan, Shibani and their family took great care of us. Food prepared fresh on “matir unun with kather jaal” was delicious. We plan to re visit soon!

To be honest this was my 1st stay at an Airbnb, so I didn't know what to expect. Nevertheless, this stay made me realise, it is the perfect way to spend your vacation with your family. Shyani's place felt nothing less than our own home, if not cleaner, clutter free and fresh. All the amenities listed on the app were provided with a few extra necessities. The washrooms were extremely well maintained and clean. One day stay was surely not enough to fully experience your etheral home. We will make sure to come back very soon.

During my recent trip to Shantiniketan, I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning place and I must say, it was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a serene ambiance, tasteful interiors, and ample open space that instantly makes you feel at peace. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully furnished, making it a perfect getaway for families, friends, and even solo female travelers looking for a safe and cozy retreat. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of Bapi Da, the caretaker. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, well-fed, and had everything I needed. His warmth and kindness made me feel like I was visiting a relative rather than staying at a rental. Whether it was arranging home-cooked meals or assisting with local sightseeing. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be.

It’s a rare find and a perfect nature escape, full of lush greeneries, Flora and fauna, breathtaking views of the hills. Asan bani is a hidden gem which is underrated I feel. Management and stuff is super friendly and cooperative, As a couple privacy was our priority although it was met I would like to mention it’s not a independent farm house or bed and breakfast it’s an resort. Even thought it was a resort it felt great as we got all the help we needed to have a great vacation. We would surely be visiting this place with more to explore.

Absolutely great and peaceful stay. The listing was as shown and described. Felt like home. Host was very responsive to any of our queries .The balcony cum portico was huge and the best place to relax in the evening. In the morning we used to get up hearing all types of chirping of birds which was really beautiful. Food delivered from Papiya's kitchen as suggested was tasty and homely. Only,the fans need to be cleaned and if possible better cutleries and plates may be provided. Overall a fantastic stay. Will surely try to book this place on our future visit.

Beautifully furnished rooms, huge and spacious and sparkling clean. The host is very warm and communicative. Loved the place!

This is the second time that l have stayed in Atrayee’s place . If you like staying in a homely environment this is a fabulous place to stay. Doesn’t have attached toilets but it didn’t matter to me as the place has a nostalgic charm to it and other advantages which otherwise an apartment would not have . The caretaker Pashupati Da is a very nice person and an integral part of the house .

I had a wonderful time at Saheli’s place. A special shoutout to Tarani Da and Mamoni Di for their incredible hospitality and support. Kudos to Mamoni Di for effortlessly cooking and cleaning for six of us every day, always with a warm smile—something truly remarkable and not easy to manage. Her kindness and dedication left me speechless. She even woke up at 6 AM just to make tea for us! An amazing cook, an even more amazing person—this five-star review is solely for Mamoni Di!
