Best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed at, my group had a great time. Love the big kitchen for cooking dinners and the wood fireplace in the living room. Hopefully we’ll be back

Wonderful place to stay. This was actually our second year staying there. It has so much room, is so clean and cozy and was designed with guests comfort in mind. We always feel right at home and have actually already booked our stay for next year.

Bear Necessities is not only beautiful and serene, but it is exceptionally clean (newly renovated maybe?), has outstanding instructions and how-tos, but also has everything you can think of for an easy getaway! Very impressed by the amenities, labels, and highly responsive hosts. This is a fantastic stay for families, couples, or solo travel alike. We really enjoyed the river and sand as a family. Also, super cozy beds, sleeping with the sound of the river is amazing. Internet is fast enough to work and stream movies/games! Stocked with books, games, and all things outdoor fun! Thank you so much for a getaway good for the soul, highly recommend!

Perfect destination to stay at for ski or snowboarding trip. Two of our friends decided to stay at the cabin on day 2 of skiing and still had plenty to do to enjoy their day. Warm and responsive hosts, little nice things like free bottle of wine, some water bottles, coffee pods, plenty of utensils and dishes, make you feel their thoughtfulness and care for the visiting party. Can’t forget to mention little details like the design of lamps, microwave, fireplace, pool cue sticks is amazing to discover.

Perfect place for a big group for the weekend

Great stay! Secluded and peaceful. Relaxing in the hot tub while it snowed with the sound of the creek nearby was picture perfect! Perfect for our family get away!

We had a wonderful stay this winter! Ramon was very responsive and the frozen lake was beautiful for daily walks. we would love to stay here agin

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AT RAYNA'S PLACE!!! This has hands down been our favorite AirBnB stay. Location - Very easy to find and get to. Might need 4x4 in winter for a short dirt road, but didn't need it this Spring. There is a nearby restaurant (Tavern at the Glen) that had amazing food and hospitality. A short 30 min drive to Steamboat Ski resort. House - SUPER COZY and has everything you need. We absolutely LOVED the hot tub and porch views. We also loved getting to say hi to Finn (dog), the goats and horses. Host - Rayna is the best Airbnb host ever. Super responsive, accommodating and very kind. Thank you Rayna!!! We'll be back.

Plenty of outdoor adventures surrounding the cabin. Short drive to so much more! We took our two dogs they had the best time and had the freedom to play. Brought a cooler of food to cook all of our meals. Enjoyed them outside on the picnic table taking in the views and quiet with an occasional tweet of a bird. Incredible wide open area to view the stars at night. Very little traffic. Highly recommend!

Great cabin and area all my friends loved it. Sad the sauna wasn’t open though.

We enjoyed staying at the Moose Lodge in Walden. There was plenty of space for four men and their gear for a hunting trip. The lodge was clean, and stocked with just about everything you may need. You can walk to town and the views are beautiful this time of year.

We absolutely loved the cabin, and hope to be back in the future. Very comfy, and beautiful scenery. Centennial serves as an excellent home base for asking and other activities, and the cabin was the perfect place to stay in our opinion!

Loved this home. Host was awesome and answered quickly as in minutes. So many extras that really made it stand out. Had paper towels. Dish soap So many little things that you could have forgotten. We will stay here again for sure.

It was a wonderful stay in Wonderland. Pretty remote thank goodness for GPS a lot of twists and turns to get there but a great spot. Well wooded with a great seating area and horseshoe pit. Place was great. Only knock was that the mattress I slept on could have been a little firmer! Very responsive to all of the questions I asked. I’d never been to the Red Feather Lakes area but I expect to be back. If you’re a golfer Fox Acres GC is superb!

This cabin was so great. Amazing view, peaceful location. The running/hiking trails were incredible. Matthew was super responsive. Loved the lamp and the colors in the house--a stellar place for a writing getaway. Will be back!

Easy instructions and Megan responded immediately. The house was nice and spacious and well stocked. We had a great time.

Our stay was great once we got there! The road into the development is a little over a mile and was drifted pretty good when we arrived. Some guests at another property had gotten stuck on the road and abandoned their vehicle. It took us over 2 hours to navigate around their vehicle and get to the house. Probably just bad timing for our arrival, but we where there for snowmobiling. My takeaway is, if your traveling into fox run in winter coditions, make sure your driving the proper vehicle! Hosts where great to deal with and apologetic for the struggle getting in. The cabin is very well stocked and cozy.

We had a wonderful stay! They were so kind and accommodated us a day early when we accidentally booked for the wrong day. The area was beautiful with a creek running right behind the house. We spotted two foxes in the evening. The basketball/pickelball court was so close and convenient for our kids to run some extra energy off. They left a nice gift basket for us which was such a sweet touch.

This was our second time staying there. Brought my whole family. Ten minutes from Snowy Range. We skied, cooked wonderful meals, played games and just generally had a wonderful time. The view of the mountains from the cabin, the fresh snow and wandering deer, all breathtaking.

Place worked great for the group will be even better as grand kids get older I would stay again when in the area We had to add a day and that went extremely smooth thanks so much for the accommodation of our needs

We had a fantastic stay at Jason's cabin! He was an amazing host—super friendly and went out of his way to make us feel right at home. The cabin was spotless and well maintained, and the restaurant nearby served delicious food with a warm, welcoming staff. Highly recommend!

Great location for a weekend getaway in Centennial. It was walking distance to restaurants and overall, a very cozy winter stay!

We loved being out in the country and having lots of wide open spaces and a great view. The cabin accommodated us well and was accurately described.

Thus was a truly great experience. It surpassed expectations and Phil is an amazing host. The remoteness of the cabin could have been challenging but he set it up to really help us find it and settle in immediately. We loved it. Would recommend to anyone adventurous.
