Regăsiți Wi-Fi gratuit, TV cu programe premium pentru relaxare. Cartierul este unul liniștit, cu trafic redus, rezidențial de case, la o distanță de 200m se află un magazin alimentar în care se pot găsi produse locale pe lângă cele obișnuite din comerț. Locația este excelentă, la doar câteva minute de punctele importante ale orașului.

We offer you the possibility and pleasure to sleep in a historical building from 1948, that is situated 3 minutes away from the famous Citadel. The view from the apartment reveals the beauty of the authentic City Hall, from 1888.

Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă foarte liniștită, dar și accesibilă, fiind exact la marginea orașului Sibiu. Apartamentul este parte din proprietarea noastră dar cu intrare si curte complet separată. Până în centrul orașului se fac 10 minute. La 5 minute se află Prima Shopping Centre, Kaufland, Jumbo, etc. Atât munții cât și priveliștea orașului aduc o atmosferă calmă și relaxantă locuinței. Apartamentul este potrivit pentru familii/grupuri de maxim 6 persoane.

House 276A is all yours, you will not share it with anyone even if you are less than 5 people. House address: 276 Main Street, Mălâncrav Stadtern-Hofhouse facilities: two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, small living room, one bathroom, shared yard and terrace. Children aged 3-12 pay half of the price.

Recommended for up to 4 adults and 3 children, the property has a secluded patio with a view across the wooded hills. Dating back to the 17th century, Durutya House has been sensitively restored, offering rustic character alongside a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast room, two bathrooms and free Wifi.
