My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Die Lage am Rande des Wohngebiets Rostock-Kassebohm ist außerdem ein guter Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Fahrrad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Stadt oder Umgebung zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Bushaltestelle befinden sich Fußläufig in ca. 5min Entfernung. Das Apartment ist perfekt für alle die nur ein paar Tage oder sogar einige Wochen in der Stadt verbringen wollen.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The sun-drenched apartment is two blocks from the harbor & Oceaneum to the east and, city hall/old market square to the west. Diese Maisonette Wohnung ist mitten in der Stralsunder Altstadt.

Berlin Mitte with a View

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

Das in den 1950er Jahren gebaute Kulturhaus liegt idyllisch in der Mitte von Steinfurth, an der Ochsenkoppel. Vor zehn Jahren haben wir uns in das Haus verliebt, es gekauft und saniert. Dabei entstanden für Gäste 2 Ferienapartments. Der Saal des Kulturhauses wird als Atelier genutzt. Auch als Kulturstätte lebt das Haus, neben einem regelmässigen Mal- und Zeichenkurs, gibt es Ausstellungen, Konzerte, Lesungen, Workshops und Feste.

Das Loft (Größe 70qm / 750sq ft.) liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zur East Side Gallery, Badeschiff, Oberbaumbrücke, Mercedes Benz Arena, East Side Mall, Sprengelkiez, U-Bahn U1 und 5 Min. Fahrt zum Alexanderplatz/Fernsehturm. Die Unterkunft eignet sich für Paare, Singles und Geschäftsreisende. Das Loft liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig im Innenhof der alten Marmeladenfabrik. Bis zur zweiten Terrasse sind es nur 20 m.

Die Gästewohnung liegt im Hansaviertel Nähe S-Bahnhof Parkstraße (nach Warnemünde 20 min). Es ist eine ruhige, sehr grüne Wohngegend mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. In der Nähe befinden sich der Barnstorfer Wald und der Lindenpark. Die meisten Fakultäts Gebäude der Uni Rostock fußläufig erreichbar! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend und zum Szene-Stadtteil KTV sind es zu Fuß 10min.
