Good value close to I-Drive and Universal. Ubers were normally only 5-10 minutes and not expensive. It is fairly "walkable" to Universal for those that enjoy walking. Lol. The view is wonderful in the evenings....can see the lights of the attractions and just very pretty. It is half a block off of I-Drive and a couple decent restaurants and "toursity" things. There is a legit Irish pub near there that is AMAZING if you want a true Irish pub experience.

I would definitely stay again while visiting Orlando. Close enough to attractions and far enough to maintain peace. Neighborhood was very beautiful. Pool and gym were both beautiful with sufficient equipment. Apartment was nice and clean as pictured. Thanks Ari!!!

Very nice, well kept place. William is definitely one of the better hosts I’ve come across. Also, this lawn might be the greenest lawn I’ve ever seen. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Myrnali is a great host. Friendly, proactive and responsive in a timely manner. This is a great place and have stayed three times already and plan on staying there again in the near future.

We had a great stay. The location is excellent, walkable to Old Town. The property is clean and secure with a cute little arcade, pool tables and restaurant on site. We loved the pool area, lots of chairs tables and umbrellas available to use, it was clean and water temp was warm and refreshing. The townhouse is clean, comfortable, minimalist design. Beds were comfy with lots of extra pillows. We would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great place with 3 bedrooms and great amenities. Host was helpful to fix anything that came across with place and quick response at that. They next day mailed dish soap without me asking. Commendable and straightforward as well as great detailed direction on premises and check in as well as check out.

The condo was very well maintained and stocked with most everything we needed. We loved that it is located minutes from the Orange County Convention Center since we were in town for a cheer competition. During our stay, we also visited Disney and Universal Studios, which were only 20 minutes away. The condo is within walking distance to a Publix, ABC Liquor, Walgreens, and quite a few restaurants. The condo was perfect, we will definitely stay there again!

We had a great mini break at Joanne's apartment. The apartment itself was big, clean and had everything we needed for our stay - thanks for all the delicious coffee! Attached to the complex is a great resort club with swimming pools, a lazy river, mini golf and full bar which was a fantastic place to spend our down time. Joanne is an excellent host, was really responsive to messages and helpful when we were trying to locate the playground. Thanks for a great holiday!
