Bubba was a great host and his home was the perfect location for our trip to the Master's and surrounding golf courses.

Great place, great house and more than met what we needed for a quiet place to relax.

We were comfortable from the moment we walked through the door of this house. It's welcoming with an ideal balance of private and communal space, inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed, so over three days we ate every meal at the house. We didn't always need to cook because there was prepared food within a few minutes' drive. Susan provided plenty of suggestions for groceries, restaurants, and activities at Veterans State Park. We all slept great and attribute that to the quality of the bedding and mattresses as well as the sense of peace in the neighborhood. We spent evenings working on a puzzle enjoying a cozy fire and the fairy lights around the mantle. The wifi allowed remote work. Susan communicated well and was quick to respond to questions. She was personable and welcoming. We look forward to returning in warmer weather when we can take advantage of the pool and spend more time on the dock watching the sunset. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Thanks, Susan!

The house was beautiful, just the way it looked in the pictures. Although it was small, it was the perfect size for our needs, and very comfortable. Although we didn't get to eat there, the place was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals. There were plenty of outlets for connecting computers, ipads, etc. I loved that the cleaning supplies were environmentally friendly. The decor was soothing and well thought out, I felt right at home there. If I had one complaint, it's that the mattress was a little too soft. The hosts were very responsive and gave us tips for good places to eat. This property is a gem, and I hope to stay there again when I return to Fitzgerald.

I am a 51 yr old retired tree hugging bunny kisser....I love nature, peace, bird song, wildlife, etc ....this place checks all the boxes.....Okenefenokee did not disappoint, and the green space here is unmatched. From the friendly folks that fish the river, to the AMAZING Kites (birds), Barred Owls, Egrets, Wood ducks.... incredible. I travel around 6 trips a year, and celebrated my 32nd anniversary here. We will be back, it has a place in my heart. The things that are important to me were met above and beyond expectations...The beds were comfy, green space was beautiful, location was perfect for what we wanted to do, and the Wildlife was off the charts. We will be back!!!! 20+ star rating
