We will be back! Ray was so kind and such a great host! All the staff was extremely responsive to our needs. The hot tub was our favorite part! Well cared for cabins and grounds and we definitely enjoyed the trail access right there in the backyard! Beautiful, cozy, quaint and just what we were looking for!

What a great place to stay in Pinetop! The house was wonderful. Enough space for our entire party of 6 adults. Hot tub was more than appreciated after skiing Sunrise. The house was very easy to get to and location was great for going to slopes and going into town. Clay was a great communicator and we would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful location and house! We did a last minute staycation here for our kids spring break and there was around nine of us. This house had everything and the kids were super entertained the whole time., especially in the game room. There are a lot of rooms to accommodate everyone and the beds were great. Jacuzzi was really great and clean. We saw a lot of elk in back of house and as well as the golf course across the way. Can’t wait to come back!

Our family went up for a ski vacation. The snow did not come prior to our arrival, however it did when we got there. We thought perhaps everyone would rush to go skiing so we decided to just do some sledding and other activities, which worked out perfect. It was so relaxing, our family was very pleased. We would definitely like to return again. Our family was quite relaxed, and there was plenty of room. Unfortunately, some had to come later, and some left early. But the day we were all together we had a great time. Our host was very accommodating, they were always easy to get a hold of. It was very easy to find, and had lots to do. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow very much. We were all very happy and would like to do it again since we all had plenty of room for all of us. Everything turned out perfect. A huge thumbs up to our wonderful stay.

Wow. What a great place to stay! Each bedroom had its own balcony, and three of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. There was plenty of room for everyone in the central area of the house, with the kitchen, bar counter, dining table, and living room all sharing one great space. The chefs in our group loved the gas stove, while others kept the fireplace going or just relaxed. In our years of going up to Sunrise to go skiing, we have never found a place to stay that was this close to the slopes.

Thank goodness we booked this house! Our family of four (2 adults + a 16 year old boy and 13 year old boy) planned to go skiing and snow boarding but the weather did not cooperate. With no snow, we were so thankful to have booked a house with everything we needed for a vacation with or without snow. Our boys said they cannot wait to go back- they loved the foosball, pool table, and outdoor basketball the most. And the many board games to compete against their parents were also plusses. The house is in a quiet area that makes you feel like you are all alone and yet you are within minutes of the quaint town of Greer with some fun food options, including our fave -Edelweiss. There is also easy access hikes for all experience levels within minutes. We cannot wait to come back.

Our group of 10 found the stay to be nothing short of amazing. From the space to everything provided and available for use the cabin was very special and offered a lot. We really enjoyed the home feel and entertainment available on the property. With a large open floor plan in the kitchen and living area it allowed for everyone to be comfortable in one space. It was really nice to have so many outdoor activities available as well. A highlight of our trip was able to see wild deer pass through the property right from the deck. Definitely look forward to another stay in the future!

Greg and Jane’s place was nothing short of amazing. They were extremely communicative and made you feel comfortable enough like their home was yours. The home didn’t not fall short of spectacular with every thing you needed from kitchen supplies to games and plenty of linens, they really thought of everything. We will definitely be back!

Booked this cabin for a Girl’s Reading Retreat and it couldn’t have been better! Checked all the boxes for what we were looking for: hot tub, fire-pit, cozy great area, different reading nooks etc. Bed rooms were well appointed and beds super comfy. The loft was adorable. 10/10 would stay again!

Great place and better location. It was just the two of us and our pup so it was way more house than we needed but we wanted a place on the lake. It had all the amenities you can think of and plenty of kitchenware and bed and bath needs. Hot tub and fire pit out back looking over the lake was incredible. We stayed there 4 nights and Lusia was a responsive and friendly host. We would definitely stay there again.
