Enjoy gated, secure parking, fully fenced yards, a comfy queen bed, sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, plus an outdoor sauna and shower. Guests typically enjoy the garden and sunsets as well as the cleanliness and peace that the space exudes.

Walk from your door to Cal Poly Humboldt, the Arcata Plaza, and Shay Park. A wonderful home base.

A large, open modern, one bedroom studio apartment on the ground floor of a Victorian. There's a stream of activity on the street, walking and biking. It's a swell, safe neighborhood with professors, students, families. Outside the apartment door you may enjoy coffee or a cocktail at the garden table. the Kitchen is complete and part of the living room which works well with the island, sofa, lounge chair, and kitchen table with chairs.

The bedrooms have comfortable queen-size beds, and the spacious bathroom features double sinks. The house also boasts a hot tub on the back patio and the large front porch is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
