We (3 couples, 4 toddlers) stayed at this house for 8 nights over the 4th and had a great stay! The house comfortably fit all of us, and the open living room/kitchen provided extra space to hang out. The laundry room fits a pack and play for those that also do that :) We cooked dinner at the house every night and there were all of the basics that we needed. The house is in a great location on a quiet part of Hawks Beard, 3/4 mile walk to Glaze Meadows pool. Colette & Brian are great hosts, extremely responsive and proactive. Some things to be aware of before renting - this is an older house that is quite basic which worked well for us with with small kids that were in and out the whole time, but wouldn't be for someone looking for anything fancy. The appliances are older (with the exception of the washer and dryer which are brand new!) and has some of the 80-90's charm like a VCR. It's on a dirt/unpaved lot which means your kids will get covered in dirt/dust outside

Enjoyed our stay. The home came with many board games to choose from, bikes to ride, and lots of local activities. The kitchen is filled with everything you may need to cook, BBQ, bake, etc. Lovely area, proactive and responsive host!

This house was perfect for our family vacation to Black Butte Ranch! Christine was very welcoming and proactive in reaching out with answering all of my questions and providing thorough day of check-in and check-out instructions. The house was in great condition and very clean. Everything was well stocked from kitchen items, bathroom items, towels/linens/pillows, firewood, and outside activity items in the storage room. We had a great week and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. The house is lovely. Lots of character and decor. It’s perfect for a family and the bunk room was a hit with the kids. We’ll definitely try and rent again on our next Black Butte trip.

Our family of four greatly enjoyed our retreat to Black Butte Ranch. We swam, played pickleball with the paddles provided at the house, went on small bike rides, and both kids rode horses. The house has a layout that really accommodates a children area upstairs with a couple spaces for them to hangout and play games. The kitchen is well stocked, even an air fryer, and anything else you’d need. Very close to the pools, playground, and courts.

Black Butte Ranch is great this time of year. We were lucky to have fantastic weather during our spring visit. We really enjoyed the facilities onsite including pool, hot tubs and restaurants. Susan's place is a cozy place with a nice sitting area near the fireplace and amazing views.

Located close to the main pool and restaurant, we just strolled on over :) The kitchen was very well equipped and had lots of storage space for our own pantry items. Deck facing afternoon sun with table, chairs, and nice BBQ. This was an older and mostly updated condo unit, it was exactly as shown in the pics.
