This was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway. The property is beautiful and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The tub and deck were our favorite parts of the trip. Highly recommend for a relaxing trip.

This was a beautiful little gem tucked away in the woods. I loved all the windows and natural light in the little cabin. The clear creek was about a 5 minute walk and the highlight of the trip! We enjoyed walking down to the beach for the day. Absolutely beautiful! Would love to stay here again!

A+++ This place was absolutely perfect for our visit and felt incredibly cozy. It had every amenity and kitchen utensil we could have possibly needed, which made cooking our meals so convenient and enjoyable. The sound of the frogs croaking at night from the nearby pond added a peaceful, serene touch, helping us relax and sleep soundly. If I ever find myself in Franklinton again, this will definitely be my go-to place to stay! An added bonus: As someone coming from a big city, we were pleasantly surprised by the lack of light pollution, which gave us the perfect opportunity to stargaze for three nights by the fire on the porch. A truly memorable experience!

We had a softball tournament in Columbia Ms , the ball field is about 35 minutes away. Which was perfect for the 6 of us. We enjoyed 2 night relaxing on this wonderful property. We will stay again. Our pup was living his best life running all over!! It was a great weekend thank you!!

Sonya's Place was fabulous! The pictures do not do it justice. I would actually sell my house and live in a cabin like this. Absolutely great place and great host!

It was a perfect stay and experience. The owners were so responsive and helpful. Even though the cabin was remote (what we wanted), it was easy to access because of their clear instructions. The property is beautiful and secluded with perfect creek access and the amenities you need and want. We will absolutely be back.

What an amazing place to stay!! James and Susie have gone above and beyond to provide an incredibly luxurious and comfortable country retreat. The pool is by far the nicest and best configured one we have ever seen, and it is set in such a beautiful location. You will absolutely love every minute here and be so glad you found it. We’re already excited to return :)
