Welcome to Forest View Retreat! This well appointed guest suite is nestled against the Shasta-Trinity National Forest giving you unparalleled privacy, views, and a relaxing atmosphere. A quiet retreat just minutes from all town has to offer. Our suite is cozy, yet spacious enough for four guests to feel right at home in the mountains. This is a perfect getaway to just relax or to use as a home base for many of the nearby adventures the area has to offer. Please read below for more details.

Sleepy Hollow (DOGS OK $40 pet fee for each dog)

Beautiful 3 bedroom home in the small, historic town of McCloud. Booking requires a 3 night minimum. This home has a lot to offer and includes a wonderful wood-burning fireplace, air conditioner and a large backyard that backs up to the forest - don't be surprised if you see some deer while enjoying the yard. Dogs are welcomed ($40 pet fee for each dog 2 dogs max. This pet fee is extra for our cleaning girl. For extra dog hair clean up.Keep in mind possible power outage during winter.

Redband Retreat

Great location located in the heart of McCloud near shops and restaurants. Easy access to highway for skiing, snowboarding, and sledding in the winter and fishing, hiking and boating in the summer! The view of Mt Shasta can be enjoyed on the front porch while you sip your favorite drink! Enjoy the warmer months on the back patio that has a patio table and a beautiful and delicious apple tree! Cameras temporarily installed in laundry room pointing to side yard- no sound recorded-

Ibuki House of McCloud- Pet Friendly!

Our house is situated in McCloud, nestled on the southern slope of majestic Mount Shasta, offering year-round recreational activities. The historic McCloud downtown, where you find unique dining and shopping venues, is within walking distance. You can easily access Mt. Shasta Ski Park for winter sports and McCloud Falls for a summer excursion. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peace! Please note that we don't accept guests with no or bad reviews.

The creek runs along the backside bedroom and continues under the dining room of the actual home! Built in 1912, our home has all the charm of yesteryear with the all amenities you need in this decade. If you are looking for a relaxing mountain getaway with easy access to restaurants & outdoor activities then this is the spot.

Hikers Hollow/Hot tub/Fire pit/Pet friendly

The Hikers Hollow is a cozy cabin located in the trees of Dunsmuir. A charming canyon train town that promises travelers a truly unique and relaxing experience. Near world class fly fishing, waterfalls, rivers, mountain biking, hiking trails, Ski Park, and yummy hidden restaurants. The cabin offers a private hot tub after a fun day of hiking or skiing. Found at the base of the Castle Crags this cabin can accommodate whoever that wants to enjoy a memorable mountain getaway!

The Sugar Pine

Nestled in the forest, this new and beautiful 1 bedroom house offers a peaceful, safe and tranquil place to stay and relax. You will feel like you are in your own world, but the town of Mt. Shasta is only 3 miles away. It is also conveniently located close to Lake Siskiyou and Mount Shasta Ski resort. There are nearby hiking and biking trails. Whether you just want to relax, and/or get out and see the beautiful Mount Shasta area, the Sugar Pine is a great place to be!

The Blue Haven, located in the friendly Gateway Community is the perfect place to rejuvenate and unwind. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with all new amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped and prepped to make any meal. The firm queen bed and firm pull-out sofa are extremely comfortable with cooling mattress toppers and pillowcase covers. It is a 4-minute drive from downtown, a quarter mile from the headwaters, and .2 miles walk to the Peace Garden.

A private creek flows in front of this 1911 craftsman, with a small waterfall adding to the peaceful setting. Enjoy coffee at the built-in creekside table or relax on the live-edge bench. Guests love the calm, handcrafted feel of Castle Creek Escape. Just two blocks from shops and cafés, it's close to hiking, waterfalls, Castle Crags, Mt. Shasta Ski Park, swimming holes, and rainbow trout fly fishing. Vintage-style bikes are available for cruising around town.

Upper Sac River Mountain Cottage

Dunsmuir charmer located just across the Sacramento River. Just a short walking distance away you'll find Dunsmuir's best eclectic restaurants, coffee shops, and the local brewery. Whether you spend the day hiking to the peak of Castle Crags or snowboarding at Mt. Shasta Ski Park, you'll come home to a cozy wood-burning stove. The PCT is an 8 minute drive, Mt. Shasta City is a 8-10 min drive, and McCloud/Mt. Shasta Ski Park is just a 20-25 beautiful drive.
