Shepherd's Hut Retreat

Nestled by our lake our shepherd's hut offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This quaint retreat features a comfortable bed, a small seating area, kitchen, toilet & shower also a wood burner that keeps the space toasty at night. Outside, a wood-fired hot tub awaits, offering a relaxing soak with stunning views of nature. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat, our Shepherd's Hut provides an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

The Bramble Room A chic suite nestled in the peaceful Norfolk village of Barnham Broom. The stylish kingsize suite has a compact deluxe en suite shower room, a mini kitchen (kettle, fridge) & an honesty bar. 30 mins from Norwich & 45 mins from the beautiful Norfolk coast, walks and cycle routes are on the doorstep (bikes can be borrowed). The rooms showcase everything that local producers have to offer. Make the most of the peaceful surroundings on the small patio outside the Bramble Room.

Willow Barn

Beautifully renovated Barn nestled in the heart of Norfolk. The Barn is completely separate from the main house and has its own private secluded garden with hot tub. If you are looking for luxury, peace and quiet , comfortable surroundings and a lovely space to chill and relax then Willow Barn should be your first choice. You won't forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. The barn has only one bedroom but we can accommodate one baby or toddler who is able to sleep in a travel cot

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Rayners Farm Lodge Mid Norfolk

Kick back & relax in a calm stylish space in the central Norfolk countryside village of Mattishall. Rayners Lodge provides beautiful accommodation for 6, with a sociable open-plan Kitchen Diner Lounge & 3 upstairs bedrooms (2 king size beds & 2 single beds) & a family bathroom. Outside there are decking & patio areas plus a small grass garden (dogs or children would need to be supervised as these areas are not secure) A private driveway provides parking up to 4 vehicles - no EV charging.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!

Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.

The Hayloft - A perfect rural retreat

The Barrel House

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.
