The boathouse is located on the Alūksne Lake/ city centre. There is walking trails, cafes, swimming spots, sports field, a children’s playground, the Alūksne Castle Park and historical objects within walking distance. Ranna lähedal grilliplats, kus saab mugavalt einestada. Vaba aja sisustamiseks on võimalik mängida discgolfi ja võrkpalli, laste rõõmuks on mänguväljak. Rannas tegutseb kohvik, kust saab rentida SUP-laudu, vesijalgrattaid ja aerupaate. Läheduses võimalik laenutada jalgrattaid ja discgolfi kettaid.

A small cozy cabin nearby Võru city offers accommodation for 2 guests +1 infant. House size 18 m2. Nearby Võhandu river (700m), Olerex Cafe/Gas Station (1.2 km), Tamula beach (3.3 km). Available: WC, shower, warm water,refrigerator & freezer, kettle, stove, air conditioner for cooling, high king size bed 180x200cm, BBQ (bring your own charcoal). Bed linen, towels, shower gel, toilet paper are included inside the rental price. The land unit has camera surveillance!

The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards) is for you to use and included in the price.
