Lovely stay, very responsive to any problems and very professional.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse - the postcode took us to the farm, but the cottages were close by and easy to find. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and there was plenty of space for 10. The kids loved the swimming pool and football field. Highly recommended.

The house was absolutely incredible and excellent value for money. It was in stunning surroundings, the hot tub was amazing and the exclusive booking system for use of the pool was a lovely addition. The house was spotless and full of character and the private garden was also wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and there was just the right balance of charm, space and comfort. We definitely struck gold when booking this gem. Thanks so much for all of your support in making this a trip to remember!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The space is great and as an extra bonus, you get to use a heated pool and brilliant games room. We went early Jan and there was loads of snow, as well as pretty cold temperatures, but the house warmed up very quickly and we were always more than comfortable. The property is close enough to Bakewell for a short drive or taxi ride, should you want to venture into town. We're thinking about going back in the summer.

What a wonderful stay at Manor Farm. The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with great food being served in nearby pubs and plenty of places to visit. Great space for youngsters too, with the wildlife - baby rabbits, sheep and birds and of course the swimming pool and games room, all of which they loved. Thanks to the hosts for their welcome and hospitable atmosphere.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

Paddock cottage was beautiful!! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Stayed here for one night as on a course at harper adams the next day. Wish we could of stayed longer! This cottage was the best of the best with the added bonus of Monty the horse right outside (i can’t seem to get away from them!) and the friendly chickens too! we will most definitely be back and recommend! great cottage in a fantastic location with Carsington Water in walking distance and a lovely country pub too! Cottage had everything we could have asked for and our host was really helpful when we needed them. Highly recommend :)

We booked the house for a family weekend visiting in Derby. Great central location. Fantastic house with high ceilings and original period architecture, tastefully decorated. Loads of space to relax in and was a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Exactly what we needed for a night away for a wedding. Usmaan was helpful and flexible and made our stay much easier. This house is amazing. We were blown away by the stunning views the moment we arrived, it was even better than the pictures we’d seen online. The house was perfect for our group of 9 ladies celebrating a 40th birthday, plenty of space in the house and lots of space outside with multiple seating areas to enjoy the view of the lake. Richard and Sophie were so helpful and friendly with plenty of tips on things to do in the surrounding area. Richard made us feel very welcome and helped with a booking at the local pub. The separate bar was fantastic, amazing to have our own private pub! The hot tub area was fab with a sunset view in the evening. 5 bedrooms and 3 en-suites were all lovely, one small issue was there was no separate bathroom which we knew from the description but we all managed fine, there is also a separate wc. The kitchen and utility had everything we needed. The living space was so unique with quirky chairs and decor and fab lighting in the evening. We loved it, Thankyou!

Good size, clean ,good layout , only annoyance was that it has has off street parking but unable to access but parking on street not a problem

This is a perfect house for a group holiday. It's spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped and in a great location for exploring Buxton and the beautiful local countryside. We had a wonderful stay and would like to return.

Great stay! We had a wonderful weekend getaway here. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to comfortable beds. The location is also great — about an hour’s drive to Peak District National Park, which was perfect for exploring the area. The only small downside was the TV. While Netflix was available, the TV itself is quite old and not an Android TV, so the interface was very laggy, making it tricky to use Netflix or YouTube smoothly. Overall though, highly recommend this place for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would definitely consider coming back!

Have been working and staying in Manchester for two years now and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed at!!

We had a very nice stay, within easy reach of Alton towers and lots of shops and nice restaurants in the area. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

My family and I have just returned from a lovely stay at Lynwood House. Lynwood House was clean and modern while retaining period features, it had everything we needed to feel at home. It was an easy walk to all the local amenities and some great walks from the doorstep. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful House and would return in a flash.

As a large group of 24 people this accommodation was the perfect set-up. The surroundings are beautiful and a very convenient distance from Sheffield city centre. Debbie was an excellent host - very responsive and friendly and thoroughly helpful in helping with the logistical arrangements with a large group (for example helping with taxi’s or offering their minibus service) which was massively appreciated. It was wonderful to learn about how revenue from this accommodation is reinvested into charitable activities for getting young people involved in outdoor pursuit activities.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

Great house - all equipment needed and really comfortable beds. Just stayed one night but would definitely stay again if coming to the area.

We had a great stay at Muhammad’s place. We got clear instructions and had a smooth check-in. The house is spotless. Everything you can think of is present at the house. We had a parking spot on the premises as well. Overall a great experience with a good host!
