Good place to stay. Prompt and friendly staff. Old house like vibe. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is beautiful surrounded by greenery. The helper was available at all times and we were offered delicious home made food at nominal charges. The place is on the top of a mountain which is a 1min drive from the main road. Due to heavy rains there was no power from the night, but we were able to manage because of the UPS which worked till midnight. There was no power in the morning but it was not a big problem except for the geyser. Overall the place was very comfortable and stylish with very caring cooks.

Great place. It is maintained very well. Sea beach is in walkable distance from here. The private pool was also clean. Overall had a great experience.

We are regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Farah’s place as one of the nicest, best-located, and real values of all the places we have stayed around Mumbai. The place was very clean, and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also, the caretaker helped us with all supermarkets which were handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful villa.

Staying at Patil Villa was an absolutely amazing experience! The villa itself is a perfect getaway, offering a calm and lively atmosphere that makes you feel at home instantly. Wow, this place was absolutely incredible for our family weekend getaway, including our two kids who had an absolute blast! The location right by the sea gave us breathtaking views that were worth the price alone, and the entire property was maintained to an exceptional standard of cleanliness that impressed even the pickiest members of our group. The spacious interior with its out-of-this-world decor meant that all 8 of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves without feeling cramped. Every corner was spotlessly clean, making our stay completely worry-free. The staff were amazingly helpful without being intrusive, always available when needed but giving us space to enjoy our family time. The food they prepared was seriously delicious, with everyone in our party raving about the meals. The combination of stunning seaside location, immaculate cleanliness, gorgeous interiors, and excellent service made this one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced.

The place was perfect! The view and the pool exceeded expectations. We had the entire place to ourselves with complete privacy. The caretakers were extremely courteous and accommodating and the food was also really good. All of my friends had a really great time. Don't go expecting a 5 star, luxury stay all amenities are extremely basic but the views and privacy make up for all of it.

This place felt like a home away from home. Siddharto's dad was there when we checked in. He's an artist, and the house is full of artworks. Had a great conversation will him. The house is very clean, has most amenities and the non commercial part of Kashid beach is just a minute by car (5min walking distance). The commercial beach is a km away. Our family loved the place, and we would love to visit again.

Great escape for the entire family only a couple hours away from the city. The property is well maintained with a great staff. There are amazing spots to chill around the house, with a fully functioning pool that has been maintained really well. The house has a lot of character and my family really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended! :)

Vijay has been an exceptional host, consistently demonstrating helpfulness and proactivity in providing clear instructions. The caretaker, Ajay, also stood out for his attentive service and warm hospitality. He addressed every request with a positive attitude and a smile. The quality of the food was outstanding, further enhancing the experience. Overall, it was a thoroughly delightful and memorable stay.

Under the Tree is the go-to place if you're looking for tranquility and to escape the city hustle. I highly recommend this space to families (pet family members as well) to spend some time together and create joyful memories! Special thank you to the ever gracious Geeta kaki for being an attentive caretaker. Our tummies and souls are very grateful for the delicious meals. We highly recommend the seafood menu- fresh from the sea! Will definitely visit again.

A roaring 5-star stay! Our family has had the joy of living in this Airbnb for over two years, and it has truly been a home away from home. The hosts have been exceptionally responsive, always going above and beyond to address any needs. The caretaker has been incredibly helpful, making our stay effortless and comfortable. The peaceful, green neighborhood and the residential setting made us feel safe and at ease throughout our stay. Everything we needed was conveniently close by, adding to the overall experience. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning whenever I get the chance. I’m also excited to explore other stays by Sams Stays in Pune!

Fantastic location on a rainy weekend in Khandala. Loved the bungalow design, overall ambiance and vibe. We were 8 people and had a great time. Food cooked by Sarika and Anjali was superb. Only couple of things can be improved: would love mosquitos net on windows in first floor bedrooms. Currently they are only on ground floor bedroom. When in Khandala u want to keep windows open and best to have nets on windows. AC in two bedrooms on first floor weren’t cooling well, possibly old and need service or change. However, these were very minor things that I hope Kamal fixes; but regardless it’s a paradise of a place and we loved our time there. The two dogs are always ready to play and loving which added fun element to our stay. Highly recommend Kamal’s place and we would love to stay again.

Great airbnb experience till now !!! first of all host is very good little, confident daughter of trushant and unanti. she is just 20 year old and explained everything, helped in each and every activities. smooth check in. surrounding is so good.. all around Mango trees, cashew, and other fruits.. it's totally like lap of the nature.. the view is very mesmerized. Wow, just got back from the most incredible Airbnb stay! The owners were an absolute delight - so friendly and their jolly nature really made the whole trip extra special. We went specifically for the swimming pool, and oh boy, did we enjoy it! But the views? Absolutely stunning. Imagine soaking in the pool with a mountain view on one side, a lake view on the other, and then being treated to the most gorgeous sunset right from the water. Seriously, the location of that pool was genius! Even in the summer heat, it was beautiful, but I bet it's pure magic during the rainy season. And the homemade wine? love Will visit again soon

The property is stunning. Heritage vibes, stone walls, very cozy, lot of space for a large group to gather around to play games, chit chat and have meals. The verandah below is also just right to play a game of ball, catch with children or just a stroll. The care taker for cleaning the house and for making food were very friendly, taking care of all our needs and made delicious home cooked meals. And with good spread for all 4 meals. If you are planning a bigger group, getting the food added is best option as the property is very secluded. We had multiple dietary restrictions which they took care of. We were in touch with Khursheed for 6 months prior to the trip. She guided us well in terms of expectations, spending time, meals, to and fro from Mumbai. She is extremely warm and friendly to engage. She even arranged a cake for my husband’s birthday and came to greet us. Thank you for wonderful experience!
