Saliamo 40 GRADINI per raggiungere il Nido, una casa di DIMENSIONI PICCOLE, curata nei dettagli e molto luminosa. Il living è composto da una cucina attrezzata, un piccolo spazio per pranzare e rilassarsi. Camera matrimoniale, PICCOLA 2a CAMERA ed un bagno. Sopra la TERRAZZA PRIVATA guarda la chiesa e i tetti.

Pedona, dista 5' a piedi, e offre 2 alimentari e 1 ristorante. Abbiamo un Wi-Fi MOLTO PIGRO, ma la "connessione", non è la nostra priorità 😉

Casa rurale "Buena Vista" è ristrutturata con vista mare, lago e colline. L'edificio è storico ed era il municipio del tranquillo borgo di Ricetro nel 1700. Locato a 20 minuti dalle spiagge della Versilia e da Pisa e 15 minuti da Lucca. Ha un ampio open space, 2 camere matrimoniali, entrambe con vista mare e 2 bagni, di cui uno con vasca idromassaggio e un ampio parcheggio riservato e gratuito davanti alla casa. Spazio esterno per pranzare e abbronzarsi vista mare.

VILLA GIOMA - Rustico completamente ristrutturato

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Borgometato - Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
