Large first floor apartment, furnished with antique furniture and prints, 2 double bedrooms, twin bedroom, large living room with billiard, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with antique bathtub. 6 persons, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Extra persons are charged €45 per night. Free WiFi, outdoor playground and barbecue room. Free access to the pool with Jacuzzi + hot tubs and minipool, open all year round! In a small rural village 20 minutes from the sandy Adriatic beaches and the charm of Medieval and Renaissance Ferrara, the casita is set in beautiful gardens with fruit trees and rare birds. Completely separate to the main house with kitchen and large bathroom, the private terrace opens into the garden and swimming pool (open end May- until 2nd October) which is shared with the owners when there. Nearby are restaurants and a great delicatessen-an ideal location to explore Emilia Romagna.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). E' situato sia nel centro del paese che nel centro del parco del Delta del Po, diventato da poco Patrimonio dell'Unesco. Il mare è distante pochi kilometri (ca 10 min). Nella zona è possibile effettuare gite in barca. La casa mette a disposizioni 6 biciclette per escursioni nel boscone della Mesola e nelle numerose ciclabili della zona. Per ulteriori info sarò a vs disposizione.

Учитывая высокий спрос и успех, несколько лет спустя, мы восстановили очень древний дом, на берегу небольшой реки, протекающей через деревню, по которой в старые времена хозяeвa таверен поставляли на переработку пшеницу и в настоящее время, средневековая мельница восстановлена в подвальном помещении.
