Amanda’s place is beautifully decorated, comfortable, has everything one needs with views and paths that lead to the Llano River. I went with 3 girlfriends and we decided to make it an annual trip we enjoyed our stay so much. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this adorable country cottage! The property is incredible & the walking trails were so fun. Plus the night sky was stunning since it’s so far out in the country. The property is about 18 miles from Mason, so it’s a perfect spot if you want peace and quiet!

Our stay at the Barndo Ranch was AMAZING!! Very peaceful and beautiful surrounded by nature! We look forward to booking again :)

This was the perfect place for our Christmas get-together, and the picturesque beauty of our surroundings out there was an amazing highlight for our family, who were visiting from out of state. The house was in pristine condition and was spotless upon arrival. Grill was fully prepared for action with a full propane tank, and the open floor plan and size of the house was ideal for our group, with room to spare (there were 7 of us). We would definitely recommend this property to discerning patrons who desire an elevated country retreat experience, with the added bonus of convenient proximity to Fredericksburg and Enchanted Rock!

Very quiet and peaceful place to stay in the hill country. There was a deer feeder in front of the master bedroom and porch. I was able to see a deer feeding while sitting on the porch each morning. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Beautiful old home. Each room had a designated bathroom and private. Plenty of space to gather. Wonderful outdoor seating. Customer service was sweet, responsive and patient with me. I'm eager to have our Thanksgiving holiday there. I loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch, all while crocheting and soaking up the peace. Loved my visit. I hate we didn't make it a longer trip. ❤️

We visited Deborah's property with a crew of nine (four adults and five kids) while chasing the April 8 eclipse. It is quite remote and really lovely. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The ice house was an excellent gathering space for meals and board games. All the lodging was comfortable. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Is a big house with a good location very clean comfortable and large parking next time we go to Mason definitely we gonna stay in this house again

Our stay at the Marilyn House (Fifties Diner-Style) was super enjoyable! The decor was so fun and was a terrific backdrop for our in-house game nights, complete with cokes and frosty mugs provided by the host. It was plenty big for us 3 ladies and all appliances, lighting and heating/AC came with very clear instructions on how to use them. The light snacks that were there upon our arrival were much appreciated. We appreciated all the detail that went into decorating this lovely house. It's in a quiet neighborhood but really close to the city center. Easy check-in and check-out. We would absolutely choose to stay again in the future!

Was great to actually meet the owners. Place was done up really cute. Like going back in time. My sister & I will definitely stay again!

Super cute and charming home. This home was perfect for our group. We came into town for a wedding and Kristie was so accommodating to let us in a little early to get ready and make sure we were taken care of. We loved that all the rooms had little fans to make noise and keep the air flowing at night. This home is located in a great location and easy to get to all the places in town within minutes. Would definitely book here again if we come back to Llano area!

Location was very peaceful with access to river behind. Lots of room for your dogs to run around. Back grass was well kept for dogs and walking to river. Enough space for 3 couples.

This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever booked. Mona was very responsive and gave very clear instructions. Everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen and dining room was roomy as well as the living room. The pool was an added bonus for the kids too. There was also a detailed list of amenities. Will book if we’re visiting Mason again..

A perfect quiet peaceful getaway. Great hill country views. If you work remote, WiFi is great and you can’t beat the view while working.

If you are looking for the most peaceful, beautiful, secluded home to just relax, enjoy the weather and find peace, then this is the place! We absolutely loved all the amenities and how we had so much space for our family of 10. Just a short drive to Fredericksburg or Llano for anything you might need with great shopping and restaurants, yet just far enough away and secluded for the most beautiful night sky! And the POOL! *chefs kiss* The whole family couldn’t have been happier that we stumbled across this listing and got to enjoy it. If we can make it work, we’ll try to be back next summer!
