Nice place to stay in downtown Ludington. Really easy to find from the State Park/Lighthouse area and very walkable to downtown shops and restaurants.

The perfect location for beach, biking, and shops. everything was exactly as described and Ben was very responsive to our questions. We only stayed one night, but we were happy to have chosen this location.

To go place to stay and Ben is too responsive at any time.. Must visit place again ..

The girlfriend and I planned this trip last minute and glad we chose Bens place at Ludington Beach. It was perfect for just us 2 and located walking distance to the beautiful beach. Great local restaurants all around and scenic state park 10 minutes north. We will definitely be back to this peaceful paradise.

Always love to stay here when we visit Ludington! Perfect location with easy access to all that the area has to offer. The room is wonderful and has everything we need. Looking forward to our next stay!

Clean hotel, it was built like a tiny apartment and super nice. Would completely visit again. Thanks for everything! They were really friendly.

It was very clean and provided us the bedroom/living room arrangement we needed. Having a second bathroom was a unexpected luxury.

Cute little place right across from the beach. Can’t beat the location. Ludington is doing a lot of things right lately. Fun town to explore.

Great stay. Melissa was wonderful and always available. Condo was clean and in a great location. This is our 8th year renting a condo in Ludington from Melissa :)

The location was great and easy to walk to beach and town. The condo is on the park side so you hear the grass cutting and lawn maintenance at 7 am. The subfloor is not even in some spots so you need to watch your step walking in the halls and bathroom. The setup of the condo has a very nice layout. There were many amenities provided. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Would definitely recommend! Melissa was great if you needed anything!

Melissa was wonderful and extremely helpful. I have been through a lot so her compassion and caring was appreciated more then she could ever know.
