Our family had an incredible stay at this stunning property! The view of Mayon volcano was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The host was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests, making our stay hassle-free. The entire house was spotlessly clean, and the pool was crystal clear and well-maintained. Everything in the listing matched the description perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The amenities, cleanliness, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Sobrang dali hanapin, walking distance lang from vehicle verification. Maganda, malinis, malaki ang CR, malaki ang bed, may wifi, aircon at TV. May cooking area sila (shared with the other room) Masarap magpahinga after a long tiring travel from Manila to Matnog. Good for its price. Ang gaan kausap ni Ate Jemma, napaka professional niya. With free parking. Harangan niyo lang ng halaman sa labas para hindi pwestuhan ng mga trak at hindi kayo mahirapan sa paglabas. Overall, maganda dito. Di kayo magsisisi.

My parents loved their stay in Bungalow Transient House during the holidays for the Holy Week. Considering that my mother is in wheelchair, we were able to work our way around their house with ease. My father and my brothers enjoyed the staycation. They enjoyed the strong internet connection and other amenities in the house. Overall, we were able to bring our comfort of our own home in the transient house in Sorsogon. Highly recommended and definitely we will book again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of Mayon from the rooftop. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. During our stay, there was a power interruption, but the generator kicked in right away. everything stayed running smoothly, including the lights, refrigerator, fan, and Wi-Fi, which we truly appreciated. The caretaker was friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. Sam was also very responsive and made the entire booking process easy and worry-free. It’s a well-managed place with excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Legazpi!

The house was spacious and offered a level of comfort that made it feel like a true home away from home. Malawak din ang parking space. Also, the view of Mt. Mayon was absolutely breathtaking. Ms. Mae was exceptional—warm, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we had a perfect stay. WIFI connection at the lobby was fast enough para maka-work kami pero mejo mahina na pagpasok ng room. Need siguro mag-add ng wifi extender para lumakas ang connection inside the room. Overall, still a great place to stay and highly recommended.

Eine wunderschöne und authentische Unterkunft mitten im Dorf (abseits der Touris). Zum Wahlhai Center gelangt man problemlos mit dem Tricycle. Es hat einen wunderschönen großen Garten / Hof, der zum Entspannen, Grillen und sogar mit Küche auch zum Kochen einlädt. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll ausgestattet, das Bett gemütlich und ein sehr großes Plus war der sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber Leizl & Chris: sie haben uns Essen vorbei gebracht, und bei allen Fragen schnell geholfen und wir durften sogar schon deutlich vor der Check-in Zeit kommen. Empfehlung!
