We had an amazing time aboard the Zep Tepi! The boat is beautiful and spacious and the marina and setting are lovely! If you want to really get away and experience sleeping with the peaceful rocking of a boat, book this now! Chelsea was responsive and helpful as we got used to the workings of a boat too.

Great value. The accomadations were relaxed and comfortable. I really appreciated being able to bring 3 well behaved dogs who enjoyed the boat as much we did. Of course the boat is dated, but no complaints there its in the title and description. Its not fancy but is charming and felt right at home. The boat itself lacks a degree of security, no way to really locknit down, but the dock is locked and we felt pretty safe. If you have older people or dogs be advised getting up and down the various ledges/steps can be challanging. The water pressure dipped, but to be fair we did not notify our host til after the visit and feel confident he will address for future guests. The mini fridge was super reasonable price on honor system. Have 2 seperate rooms and bathrooms was a nice surprise. Really enjoyed the unique welcoming stay.

This was our second time staying on the Kathleen Marie, and it was just as perfect as our first stay two years ago. She is cute, cozy, clean, and comfortable on the inside, but as we were blessed with gorgeous and warm late October weather, we spent most of our time outside on the upper and lower decks, enjoying uninterrupted views of the creek, the Severn River, and the Chesapeake Bay. What could compete with that?? Lena is a great host. We had a few questions along the way, and her responses were always prompt and helpful. This will always be our first choice for where to stay when visiting Annapolis!

Unique stay! Excellent communication! In town for magnet fishing with SalvageArc on Thursday and it worked great with the location!

Sean was very responsive. Gave great suggestions on places to eat in the area. Loved our weekend getaway on his yacht

Had a great stay on the boat in Fells Point, the location can’t be beat, and Cristhian was a great communicative host and had a lot of interesting information to share about the boats on the dock. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for walking into fells or canton. And for those that want to lean into Baltimore’s harbor town history
