The house is across from a park with canal access and close to bus stop, Maroochy River, Chamber’s Island and a short drive to CottonTree, beaches, Sunshine Plaza, restaurants, cafes and airport.

Guests can use half of the house, have private access to the wrap around verandas and can enjoy the lake view from the comfortable bed or have a relaxing time peddling on the lake in a kayak.
