Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. Relax at our Lakehouse with a view of Chippewa Lake offering 790 acres of all sports waterway known for its fishing and spectacular sunsets. Lake access is available for entry to the lake for water activities. We are located 7.5 miles from Haymarsh State Game Area and 12.5 miles from Big Rapid where you can attend a Ferris game or dine in one of the many local restaurants. ATV and UTV riding is legal on all non M roads with your ORV sticker to explore the area or visit the local winery.

Little Log cabin on the Big Muskegon River.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.
