Things were great! The house was great exactly like pictures. Jets did not work in hot tub which was a little disappointing as this was not stated upon booking. The only issue I had was there was trash left in the home by the stairway and cigars and cups left all over outside in pool area. Trash bins were filled to the top and there was no where to place our trash but on the ground. Other than that things went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay but expected everything to be emaculate for the price of 1600 for a weekend.

OMG! This is by far the best Airbnb that I've stayed in! The bedrooms, the showers, the kitchen, the proximity to attractions and best of all... The entire yard! That pool is awesome! Also, the home is truly ADA accessible and that meant the world to us!! My family is still talking about the fun we had and the memories made. We will definitely be back!! Absolutely perfect stay! This home in Dripping Springs far exceeded our expectations and was hands down the best Airbnb experience we've had compared to other places our friends stayed in the area. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail was overlooked. The house itself is immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed — we felt right at home the entire time. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. The view from there is absolutely breathtaking and made for such a relaxing, peaceful escape. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the tranquility of the pool area is unmatched. The check-in process was effortless — so simple and stress-free. Honestly, if you’re staying anywhere near Dripping Springs, I HIGHLY recommend this home. It’s an absolute gem, and I know we’ll be back! 10/10!

Beautiful house with plenty of space.

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

The house was in a good location with lots of local restaurants and shopping. It was a perfect base for a week in central Texas. The house was set up and had plenty of convenience for a family stay. The AC and ceiling fans kept it comfortable and their was coffee and tea for guests. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful private outdoor area by the pool. I would definately choose to stay with Carlos and Sarah again.

Lovely place, the backyard is the best part! Our only complaint would be that some of the furniture felt a little old! Otherwise, everything was great!! Super clean bathrooms and kitchen. Great TV, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you might need to cook! Blake was super responsive and helpful! The check-in process was very easy, and so was the check-out! Would definitely go back!

We had a great time at Carole's place and really loved the area: close to South Congress, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park, and not far from downtown and East 6th. The house is across from a small park and creek, which our daughter loved exploring, and the neighborhood is full of beautiful houses, both old and new. The house has most everything you need and was comfortable, with good beds and AC to keep you cool when needed. It was great to have the outdoor spaces to hang out when the temps were moderate. We were looking for activities for our 8 year old, and Carole was amazingly helpful with suggestions.

A little older place but very clean and it had everything for 6 adults of different ages. The air conditioning felt great after a day in the heat. Many local restaurants to enjoy and an easy walk to. Easy uber downtown and most cost were less than $20. Larry was there with advice and fast to reach. I would stay there again next visit to Austin.

Very nice place to stay while visiting Austin. Taylor was very responsive to messages. We were able to walk to Rainey Street, the river walk trail, and many nearby restaurants.

Westview Retreat is a great location for hiking and boating. Though the lake is at an all time low due to a drought, the community was informative and boating company we used to rent a pontoon were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and best areas to venture. Westview is a quiet neighborhood and a short distance from great hiking. The amenities and home felt like home, very clean, comfortable, and easy to maintain. Appliances and furniture uptodate and overall cozy. Definitely need to visit again.

Second stay at Bill’s didn’t disappoint. It’s such a lovely property in a great area of town. He was very responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend!

Everything about the house and host was fantastic. COMMUNICATION- Teri was always quick to respond to questions and made sure we knew the neighborhood rules with regard to parking. LOCATION- A short walk to South Congress which means a short walk to great places to eat and see music- it's also close (maybe 6 to 10 blocks?) to a very large grocery store. HOUSE- Fantastic, comfortable, clean. The little back porch area was great, living room was super nice and comfortable, kitchen had plenty of everything....and 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means 2 couples have plenty of space. I would stay again in a second and would recommend this place to anyone....We loved it!

This rental is amazing! We never had to leave. It has everything you need! It was so peaceful and serene and everything we needed. Dusty was amazing and so helpful and kind. This rental has everything you need! A beautiful backyard fenced in for pets! It is so cozy and comfortable and has a beautiful view of the river. It just had everything we needed, even though we didn't know we needed it! I will definitely stay here again. I would give it more than five stars if I could. We come to Wimberley often, and this is definitely a gem!

The house was very clean, well equippped and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the lower deck and the view was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Rachel's property.

Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

Amazing place to stay! So walkable and easy to get around or Uber. Martha had fantastic recommendations! This is the place you’re looking for! As a note: the water in the backyard/outdoor shower doesn’t work and it was a very HOT summer- the grass mostly died out so it got rather dusty this really only mattered to me because I had dogs which felt right at home here. Also the concrete floors are Amazing And keep the whole house clean. I loved it here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. There was plenty of space for our group of two couples and one child. The amenities listed matched the description and everything was very comfortable. The location and nearness to the Pearl and river walk couldn’t be beat. There are many options for food and entertainment within walking distance or a short drive. There is a personal code to gain access to the driveway and to the house. Having a dedicated parking space is very helpful for the busy area. The home had a variety of kids books, some toys, dishes, and family games for those traveling with kids. We did need bug spray for mosquitoes outside, but this is pretty typical in the area. We would definitely stay again when we have extra family visiting.

This stay was just seamless from beginning to end. Judy is the most gracious host. She is an excellent communicator, both real time, as well as the notes and instructions left in the home for reference. The house was very comfortable and was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with useful products like the wraps, baggies as well as wide variety spices and oils. Garage was such a help and peace of mind for coming and going. Neighborhood quiet and relaxing. Lots of areas to walk for exercise. This home was a perfect fit for my need while exploring the area. Would definitely stay again!

Our daughter got married at the Preserve Canyon Lake, our Air BnB was a great location for our event. We hosted our family and out of town guest and it was perfect!
