Excellent séjour, maison incroyablement bien équipée, vue à couper le souffle sur le lac, très bonne proximité d'Annecy et des stations de ski. Sebastien est un hôte très réactif et vraiment super sympa, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Merci Sebastien !

Das Haus liegt landschaftlich sehr schön, direkt am Fuß des Bergwaldes. Aus dem Pool hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Felsmassiv. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Saint Ismier verbracht. Für größere Ausflüge war es leider zu warm - dafür haben wir umso mehr Zeit im Pool verbracht.

Wonderful and comfortable house in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding, with an amazing host. Particularly recommended for families with kids. Location: Serene and beautiful surroundings, inside a private compound in the hills of Chambéry, while still being within walking distance from the center. Lots of privacy, with no direct views of any houses. Ideal for someone trying to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center. House and Amenities: Beautiful architect-designed house (just like in the pictures) with new and comfortable amenities. Very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need for cooking, washing, etc. Host: Brigitte was an amazing host, welcoming us on the first day and remaining extremely available and responsive to all questions and needs we had. She was sweet and caring, and genuinely concerned about our well-being and enjoyment of our vacation. Truly our home away from home. The most deserved 5-star review I've done in a while.

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Bruno, Maison très bien situé pour faire des activités dans la région (proche de stations de ski notamment), tout les équipements fonctionnaient et étaient fortement appréciable après une journée de ski (surtout le jacuzzi) les chambres étaient confortables et la chambre parentale offrait une superbe vue. Bruno est très réactif et aimable à nos moindre demande. Je recommande fortement.

nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end de trois jours il ne manquait rien pour se détendre piscine jacuzzi sauna montagne pour profiter de la neige des paysages magnifiques vue de la maison au top merci à yacine vraiment une belle maison moderne et conviviale dehors comme à l'intérieur !!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sylvie ! Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et calme, l'espace extérieur est agréable et nous avons beaucoup aimé découvrir la région. Sylvie est une hôte sympathique et nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi sa maison pour nos vacances.

A lovely, storied home close with a gracious and helpful host. The house has many things inside, but it is remarkably clean and free from dust. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Located at the base of a gorgeous mountain, close to Geneva, and easy day-trip driving distance to Mont Blanc, Annecy, and other points of interest. If on foot it might be uncomfortable to walk to public transports, but if you have a car this home is an outstanding value for the price.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille dans la maison de Flore. La maison est très agréable. Environnement calme et très belle vue sur la montagne. Flore est très réactive et de bon conseil.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Jean-Christophe. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication, de très bons échanges. Le logement était parfait. L’environnement est très calme et très reposant. La maison est accueillante et familiale. Jean-Christophe a été très disponible, à l’écoute et chaleureux. Merci pour tout. La région est sublime, nous reviendrons !

Maison spacieuse (à 13, nous ne nous sommes pas marché sur les pieds). Bien équipée. Bien placé pour le lac et la montagne. En temps de pluie les enfants ont bien profité du ping-pong et du baby foot.

Merci Béatrice pour votre accueil et disponibilité. la maison est très confortable et agréable à vivre. le jardin est un vrai plus. Endroit idéal pour une parenthèse au calme.

We had a wonderful stay at this house nestled in the beautiful French Alps. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy, from the check-in process to providing assistance during our stay. The house is equipped with everything needed for those who love cooking, including grilling utensils that we thoroughly enjoyed using. The wide range of pool accessories was a very nice touch, allowing us to relax and have fun outdoors. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the alpine scenery in complete tranquility. It was a relaxing and refreshing stay, and we would gladly return in the future. Thanks again for the hospitality!

This is a great house - well equipped, spacious and in a beautiful location. Gil met us there and was very helpful in providing info about the local area. Supermarket 5 mins away, and around 15-20 mins to get into the beautiful town of Annecy. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, which could be tricky with younger kids, but my 15 year old enjoyed the privacy. Excellent hosts, great stay.

Le logement est très confortable , et malgré la météo nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Lieu très calme et paisible . Notre hôte a été très réactif , agréable et toujours disponible . À refaire en été pour profiter pleinement du très bel extérieur .

Très beau gîte, idéal avec des enfants. Environnement magnifique et paisible, idéal pour les sportifs qui aiment le trail, la randonnée ou le vélo. Isabelle et Pascal nous ont réservé un accueil parfait avec de belles attentions tout au long du séjour. Gîte parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque. Possibilité de réserver une table d'hôte pour le soir si vous le souhaitez. Isabelle fait tout maison, a par ailleurs proposé à mes enfants de faire du pain, super activité de fin de séjour 😉 Petite dédicace à Enjie dont nous avons fêté les 15 ans 🥳 Nous reviendrons 😁

Notre séjour chez Ivan a été très sympathique ! Son logement paisible, propre et très bien équipé nous a permis de profiter d'un super séjour. Situé à proximité du Lac d'Annecy, du lac du Bourget et de la Suisse (Genève), nous avons pu explorer beaucoup d'endroits magnifiques ! La communication sympathique avec Ivan qui a toujours su être réactif était fort agréable . Je recommande donc à 100% sans hésiter son logement 👍🏽😊

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end de Pâques dans la belle maison de Max que nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer mais très réactif à mes questions ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir 2 jours de soleil, donc apéritif sur la grande terrasse avec vue sur la montagne, un vrai bonheur ! Dans la maison, la grande salle est très conviviale, un îlot pour faire la cuisine cela permet d'être tous ensemble 🥰 Enfin voilà, n'hésitez pas, si vous aimez la montagne, une maison au calme.
