The Coonamessett offers two (2) comfortable 1st-floor King junior suites that are both ADA accessible. One large space features a plush king bed and a lounge/sitting area with a sofa and dining table as well as a private bath with a walk-in shower. These 475-510 square foot rooms also include a 43" Smart TV, Bluetooth radio, mini-fridge, individually-controlled AC and heat (window AC units used in the warmer months), and free wireless internet access.

The coziest rooms at our new Martha's Vineyard boutique hotel, The Edgartown Inn's two (2) queen rooms are located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate two guests each. These rooms offer all of the amenities of our others, at just a more petite size. You'll find a plush queen bed, LED Smart TV, mini-fridge, safe, blackout shades, and USB outlets, in addition to individually-controlled AC and heat, and free wireless internet.

Unique décor & furnishings in every room

Room 3 is an intimate king room located in a cozy corner on the 2nd floor of The Coco. This 125 square foot space offers high ceilings, hardwood floors, 40" flat screen TV, plush bathrobes, Lather bath products, and a private bathroom with a shower. Other elements include Japanese-inspired coastal wallpaper, a scalloped bed frame, fringe chandelier, walnut armoire, and a comfy reading chair.

Studio at Cape Cod Harbor-front Resort

Studio unit at harbor-front resort/hotel in Falmouth Cape Cod. Large studio sleeps up to 4 on king bed and pull-out couch. Equipped kitchen in unit. Resort has pool and is located across the street from Falmouth harbor. 3 minute walk to Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard. 15 minute (.7 mile) walk to Falmouth Heights Beach. Great location, convenient to town and beach

Hyannis Harbor Hotel - Two Queen Beds

350 sq. ft. Features two queen beds with custom furniture, shiplap headboard wall accenting, fine linens and duvets, robes, large bathroom with shower, floor to ceiling windows with Juliette balconies, HDTV, superfast internet, refrigerator, microwave, and safe. Located in our year-round Tower Building directly across from the harbor and the Hy-Line Ferry.

Deluxe suite with 2 Queen beds.

This spacious two-room Deluxe Suite has a bedroom with two Queen-size beds, a telephone, iron and ironing board, and a cable TV. The separate living room features a sitting area, a pull-out sofa, small coffee table, a large cable TV, desk and chair, a kitchenette with countertop with stools, a microwave and small fridge (no stove) and more.

Arms queen offers an intimate, affordable stay with modern comforts, ideal for guests seeking simple convenience and easy relaxation. Enjoy private bath with compact shower, 43 inch LED smart TV, Tivoli bluetooth radio, individually controlled AC and heat, free wifi, and optional rollaway bed available at additional cost on request.

Faraway Martha's Vineyard

This room features a king bed with Bellino plush linens, a seating area with custom designed furnishings, stocked minibar, Byredo bath amenities, and a personal Bluetooth enabled turntable. Refrigerator, Apple TV, air conditioning, and wifi are also included for a refined and comfortable stay.
