The Annexe at Ringsfield

We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Perfect for couples or families who appreciate spacious open plan living, Little Owl Barn is located in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic market town Aylsham having been renovated in 2023. The property has been finished to a high standard offering comfort and peacefulness whilst maintaining all the original characteristics of an old barn. The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

One bed cottage in Aylsham, Norfolk

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

Diggens Farm Annexe

The Annexe at Diggens Farmhouse is a newly renovated space with fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom. There is private parking and we offer a welcome pack of bread, butter and milk plus tea and coffee making facilities and WIFI. Aylsham is midway between Norwich and Cromer and 10 miles from the Broads and close to Blickling Hall. We are 10 minutes walk from Aylsham Town Centre and 5 minutes from M&S Simply Food. 2 night minimum stay.

Norfolk Countryside Cottage Itteringham Blickling

Cottage situated on a quiet back lane within walking distance of pub and National Trust Blickling Hall you can abandon the car and enjoy walks and cycling routes from the door, and close to the market towns of Aylsham and Holt. Entering through a utility/boot room into the kitchen/diner, a glazed door and step leads into the sitting room with a large feature fireplace, wood burner and a further glazed door on to a paved terrace, overlooking your secluded lawned garden.

A spacious barn conversion in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Oak Barn Norfolk is a sympathetically, newly converted, barn in the village of Tunstead. It offers 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful double vaulted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, a snug, 3 bathrooms and a W/C. The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden.

Wren's Rest, Aylsham

Wren's Rest is one of a group of unique little barn conversions on a small farm in the market town of Aylsham. We are just off the A140 which gives easy access to the North Norfolk coast, the fine city of Norwich and The Broads National Park. A 15 minute stroll will take you into the Market Place, where you will find lots of independent shops, cafés and pubs. Blickling Hall is just a 10 minute drive whilst Cromer Pier is 20 minutes by car.
