State Park 15 minutes. It is along a quiet street in residential area Nestled in the pines in our back yard. Room for parking a boat. Each cottage has a built-in King bed with memory foam mattress, a kitchenette with a coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, glasses, and cutlery, and even a small refrigerator. Pamper yourself at the beautiful vanity with all the items needed to make you look and feel your best. Included are a hair dryer, makeup mirror, complimentary soaps and lotions, and the softest towels we could find. The deck and hot tub complete the experience!

I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

Our new hand crafted Nivendale cabin uses cedar, poplar, oak, pine and driftwood harvested from our 150+ acre lakefront property. The unique rustic mock treehouse design has a large raised deck with an outdoor tree trunk window seat. Set among massive shady trees, it is beautifully furnished. Guests can enjoy our large adjacent campground shoreline with a swimming pier, and boat launch and canoe use at no charge. Recently featured in our local paper, there is no cabin quite like this.

This lake view cottage is walking distance from Civitan Park, Brown's Creek launch, a Mexican restaurant and a grocery store. The driveway is accessible from the road and alley, which makes it ideal for parking up to three pick-up trucks with boat trailers. It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!
