Beautiful location with everything you need. The park amenities are perfect to entertain the kids without having to leave the grounds. Our villa was perfect with fantastic layout and everything we needed. The closeness to the wildlife was amazing and the kids were so enthralled watching the kangaroos at arms length distance as they grazed and hopped around. Will definitely return for another family holiday

Had a most wonderful stay here - the pictures don't do it justice! The space is absolutely amazing with huge windows looking out into gorgeous bush and the rock formations in the distance. It was peaceful, full of wildlife and an incredibly lovely space to spend a weekend, we definitely wanted to stay longer! Kitchen was well equipped, and had a spacious fridge for lots of people's groceries. We made use of the outdoor dining area which was divine to spend mornings and afternoons, and the living room, though looking small, easily accommodated 5 adults for movie nights 😊 Jane was responsive and graciously allowed us a later check-out, and was there for any questions we had. The only thing that could have slightly been improved was the cleanliness, the bed quilts a bit dirty and the house a bit dusty, but nothing that got in the way of our stay overall.

Just a perfect little place for a quick stopover, and some exciting scenery and animals to keep the kids entertained in the morning. We were greeted on arrival by the friendly old farm dog, who even checked up on us the next morning with lovely pats. The extra breakfast ammenities were lovely. Proper ground coffee to percolate and cute little cereals that the kids loved. Would recommend, especially for families like ours (2 kids; 2 and 5 years)

Beautiful surrounds with kangaroos and emus just over the back fence. very comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped and very clean. recommendations for local sights and places to eat were very helpful.

Our stay at Adam and Peps was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and all 5 of us agreed! It was an absolutely beautiful place with heaps of room, very clean and tidy, and the hot tub and outdoor fire pit was a highlight! The beautiful vineyard and scenery around made us not want to leave to go on the amazing hikes around the Grampians which were all a very close drive away! It was private and extremely good value. Adam was super responsive with any questions and willing to help out with suggestions if needed. We are already planning when we can come back next! Highly recommend!

We loved the peaceful surroundings, contact with goats and kangaroos. The house was very comfortable, undisturbed, clean and very private . Highly recommended.

Loved our stay and would love to stay again! Loved the views, loved the balcony at the front and then a further bbq area out the back. We really appreciated how the kitchen had everything we could possibly need! In fact the whole place had everything we could possibly need! The included bottle of red went down nicely thank you! Loved the camp fire area with ample wood and fire starters and we enjoyed toasting marshmallows in the evenings. Loved the quality large Samsung TV with good wifi so we could watch movies each night. The place is a not too far walk into town. Beds, linen and towels all very comfortable and good quality. For those with kids just be warned that they are in a separate building about 10 meters away and the bathroom is in the main dwelling although the pathway is well lit with sensor lights. Worked fine for us as my twins are 13 but might not work so well for those with little children. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great house in an excellent location. Stayed as a family of four. Plenty of space and a nice view out the back.
