The property also has access to a 50m2 patio by the sea, with sun lounges, fridge, coffee/tea machine as well as showers. Sogut is a beautiful remote village, ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday. There are numerous restaurants, coffee houses, and a bar, a pebbled beach, nice paths to stroll around. It is 1 hour drive from the bustling town of Marmaris where you can enjoy the night life, the neighbouring town of Bozburun has supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy for your needs. ****Pets are welcome*****

The house is located in the historical part of Marmaris. It is located in the old town near to the Castle of Marmaris and the Archeological Museum of Marmaris. It has the best sea view .Bars, restaurants, and Marina are very close to our house approximately 3-4 minutes by walking. As our house is located in the old town of Marmaris the cars are not allowed to enter. However, there are parking slots near by. The terraces and pool is shared with the other 3 houses in our building complex.
