With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

This is a brand new apartment on the lower level of our own house, you access down stairs in front of you as you come in gate . Private hill location in a quiet street. We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance. It is 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and town . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.

Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.

Vineyard Retreat

A lovely private and peaceful space set within a vineyard in the Waihopai Valley. This is a great spot to take time out from busy life. With separate guest access and use of a private courtyard, this airbnb offers the best of Marlborough in a quiet rural setting 10 mins from Renwick and 15 mins to the airport. Guests have a separate ensuite and use of kitchenette (fridge/cooktop/sink/small oven) and a shared laundry.

Relax in this very peaceful and private setting of this new Studio Apartment with the feeling of being in the Countryside. It is situated 6 km from Nelson CBD and close to bus service into town. There is one parking space available on our section, breakfast is included in your stay.
