This is the quintessential cottage in the woods. Rustic and charming, the furnishings were simple but comfortable. I loved that the well-equipped kitchen had open shelf and cubby storage, which made it easy to find what I needed and to store and stash our goods. Sadly, We didn’t have time to explore the beautiful area - although we did slip over to Suck creek which we could hear burbling from the house. Lots of chalk marks on the big boulders around the creek - a climbers’ dream. Hiking trails in every direction, and so many beautiful swimming holes. This would be such a great couples stay for the outdoor inclined and any kid’s dream weekend. Susanna was quick to respond and welcoming. We will look for availability again in the future !

Our first stay in the area, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Host was extremely helpful, place was clean and as pictured, views were beautiful, we felt safe, and had a great time. Perfectly placed, and not too far from downtown. Can’t wait to go back!

This Airbnb was our all-time favorite. the views are amazing the home is clean and there are a couple of awesome, friendly cats😺 that greet you upon arrival and come hang out with you. We enjoyed a nice warm hot tub and the view of fireflies at night.

This was our second stay in the “Sisters Cabin”, and just like our first in 2022, it did not disappoint! Located on a bluff in bucolic, sylvan Monteagle, TN, this is a quiet, restful retreat that features super-comfortable beds, killer sunsets and views and a lovely covered back porch. Colene and her sister, Carla, are consummate, communicative hosts who go the extra mile to make sure you feel at home and are well taken-care of! Carla even came by twice during our weekend to drop off some blankets during an unexpected May cold snap and to re-light the fireplace pilot light. It can be a little tricky to find the place at night or if it’s your first visit, but that is part of the “off-the-beaten-path” vibe that enhances the retreat-like atmosphere of the property. We can’t recommend this quaint, comfortable and clean-as-whistle cabin enough! We also were pleased to see some upgrades and refreshed amenities (blackout blinds, new tile shower in the 3rd BR). I booked Sabrina’s place last minute as a 4-day family gathering/birthday getaway for my sis. We loved it! We should have asked for better weather because it rained off and on the entire weekend BUT it was so comfortable, roomy, and cozy inside, we were all happy. We had a total of 7 people at one point and weren’t on top of each other. The video games were stocked, streaming was set, and there were large versions of board games to play with. Plus, a movie theatre style popcorn machine! The back deck, bedroom deck, and extended dock provide ample hangout space outside, also. Fantastic stay. Side note: The road is quite winding to get around the river bend to the property (8 miles), so arrive with daylight to be safe. Jasper is a nice town about 25 mins away with restaurants and a grocery store. Chattanooga is about the same distance with heavy traffic in the other direction.

Our stay at the yurt was amazing! The hot tub was very nice, and the view from Paradise Pointe was beautiful. We enjoyed the animals and serene atmosphere surrounding our spot and would absolutely recommend this to anyone traveling to the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Hilde’s place! The location was peaceful and beautiful, offering a perfect getaway. We needed to check in late, and they provided incredibly detailed instructions with pictures, which we really appreciated. We also brought our dog, who had a great time socializing with their friendly and adorable pups. Michael and Hilde were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Despite some bad weather over the weekend, they thoughtfully reached out to offer suggestions in case we needed shelter for the night. We would love to return and enjoy the close proximity to the water next time!

Hosts were attentive, responsive and incredibly informative. The home was so clean and cozy. We felt right at home. The recommendations given were so great and truly made our experience in Chattanooga one we won’t forget!

This is a wonderful place to stay - and our third time at this location. Clean, close to SAU, comfortable with very amenities, nicely decorated, and great communication from Nina. Highly recommend!

This place was truly a fun place to stay! Kristi was a great host and very responsive to any questions or needs. Very convenient location close to many attractions but also far enough from the city that you have privacy and some nature to see. The attention to detail and special touches were everywhere, and the hidden rooms and puzzles were so much fun! I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone!

This cabin was exactly what we needed to reconnect with nature and each other. Nick was very helpful, responsive, and had several great recommendations for local attractions. The cabin itself was comfortable and felt like home!

We were only staying for a weekend and we checked in on Friday evening. We were able to enjoy a firepit by the river and make S'mores. We were a large group of nine, and accommodations were great! Plenty of room!. The teenagers enjoyed the foosball table. Saturday it rained hard all day and evening so we explored Chattanooga . We didn't get to really use the river since it rained (and there were tornado watchs and warnings all evening) but we still had a great time!

Fantastic space and Michael was a great, responsive host. Highly recommend for anyone on a fishing trip or just who want to enjoy the river!

Very family friendly place in a safe, spacious environment. The house is exactly like the photos. Beds are comfortable and there’s a lot of outdoor space. We struggled with the front door lock so we ended up leaving it locked and used an unlocked door on the back porch when we left. This was a great location near a wedding venue. It was basically the only place we could find or honestly I would not have paid as much. We did receive last minute check in info that said we couldn’t turn the air below 74 because he said the unit would freeze up and if so we would have to pay the service fee. This was not in the listing and the owner retracted that request.

LOVED staying at this cute little place! Everything was decorated so perfectly and was a great distance for us to drive to a concert at The Caverns!

My husband and I had a great time at the cabin. The property is incredibly peaceful. We probably spent 99% of our time just staring at the view. We loved the goats and chickens and even had a visit from a sweet neighborhood dog. We will definitely be coming back sometime!

It was really really really perfect. I love it and definitely I will come back. The view was very good and the host was very respectful It was really two days to remember and definitely will come back.

We had an amazing time at Jacob’s Airbnb. We brought along our toddlers and two small dogs- it was the perfect place to relax as a family. The gated and fenced back yard made the stay worry free with pets and children. Views were amazing and the house was very clean. Highly recommend- we will be back!
