This is a gem in Indianapolis. Spent three nights for a conference and couldn’t be happier with my pick. Place looked so much better than I could ever expect. Convenient commute to downtown Indianapolis, lots of amenities around and a beautiful park next to the property. Hosts are awesome, have clearly traveled around and know what they’re doing in terms of user experience and attention to detail. Beds are incredible!!! huge perk after long days of standing and walking around. There is an incredible material put together by the host breaking down eats, drinks, musts and everything you need to know (and only the important things!) to enjoy your stay. Thank you for taking care of us. Highly recommended stay!

This was a beautiful home! Though we didn't get a chance to try out the sauna on our short stay, it seemed so peaceful and clean! The hosts were very responsive and the home over all was in great condition.

Hunter is a fantastic host! He was very responsive and communicated well. The space is very modern, clean and neat. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend. We only stayed one night but felt very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless and clean. It was in a great location to drive to local restaurants and get downtown. Would stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay at the house! Hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. I screwed up the booking dates and needed to add an extra night - they could not have been more helpful! Really wonderful hosts, and an incredibly nice home!

Columbia Cottage is an adorable and cozy home within walking distance all downtown Indy. The airbnb was clean, we were provided with all the listed amenities, and the host, Josh, was quick to respond to all my messages.

This is a nice, homey house and as-described. We are a family of four and it fit us well. We could have fit one more person. The basement is a nice addition, and the den made for a good hang out. We only had time to hang out on the back patio one time, but it was super nice to be back there. The beds are very comfortable, and there is lots of closet space. The 3rd bathroom is also great to have! The neighborhood is really nice and quiet and provides for lovely after dinner walking. The hosts were really responsive and helpful.

House is newly remodeled. Beds were comfortable and clean. Didn’t use any of the amenities, but they all appeared functioning. We enjoyed our stay.

VERY minor issue came up in the beginning but they were very responsive and accommodating. In my opinion you know a business is good when something comes up and they take care of it and you right away. Place was awesome and am definitely going to stay again.
