We had a lovely stay at Emilia's home- we received a warm welcome and were given great recommendations on places to visit and activities nearby. We hope to return to Emilia's home in the future so that we can visit even more hidden gems of Calabria.

L'ambientazione nei vicoli di Scalea vecchia è estremamente suggestiva. Il parcheggio, anche gratuito, è molto semplice da trovare. La casa è deliziosa, in particolar modo la cucina ed il terrazzino, con una vista bellissima. Il doppio bagno poi è un'estrema comodità. Il tutto per un prezzo vantaggiosissimo. La casa è inoltre fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari.

Gostei muito de conhecer cosenza é mais ainda de poder ter uma estadia tranquila com a ajuda do anfitrião que se mostrou muito educado e atencioso quanto a hospedagem , super recomendo e quando estiver em cosenza espero poder me hospedar novamente com ele

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

Ospitalità eccellente, Annarita davvero gentile e disponibile. Posizione comodissima e centrale. Peccato essere stati lì per così poco. Ci ritorneremo senz’altro.

Ottimo alloggio, ben posizionato nel centro di Villapiana lido, dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Ci si sposta a piedi comodamente sia per ristoranti che per il mare. È presente un passaggio pedonale non segnalato dai vari navigatori per raggiungere la spiaggia, ci si mette circa 3 minuti a piedi. Idem per le passeggiate serali sul lungomare. Servizi come bar,ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Come da descrizione è presente il parcheggio privato, nella nostra permanenza (1 settimana) non abbiamo mai usato l’ auto. Giuliano è un Host molto attivo, ogni nostra domanda ha avuto risposta pressoché immediata. Sarà sicuramente un posto in cui tornare.

Lovely mountain home. we stayed in winter so it was too cold to sit outside. Definitely bring a small car to navigate this hill top town. Everything in the unit was clean and modern. Antje helped us with some check in issues so no problem communicating with our host. Restaurants in town were great!

Wir waren sehr happy! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Lounge, Pinpong-Tisch und Outdoorgym ist ein mehr als toll! Die Aussicht ein Traum! Gemäss Beschreibung gingen wir davon aus, dass wir die gesamte Unterkunft zur Verfügung hatten (4 Zimmer mit 4 Bäder) was zuerst nicht der Fall war. Als wir Giuseppe darauf angesprochen haben hat er aber direkt reagiert und uns sofort wie gewüscht 4 separate Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, es war kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch viel schöner. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir fühlten uns wohl. Nur 5min. Fussweg entfernt ist ein feines Restaurant. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Danke Giuseppe für diese schöne Woche und deine Gastfreundschaft!

On a passé un super séjour entre amis à Lilja’s Flat ! L’appart était propre. Il est sur une colline avec une vue incroyable, mais il faut une voiture pour tout, car la plage et San Nicola Arcella sont un peu éloignées. On a mangé une super pizza chez Fà Tu Pizza, visité le centre historique de Scalea, et testé une dégustation de cedro, vraiment unique !. L’Arco Magno est magnifique, mais à savoir : la plage et les activités autour ne sont ouvertes que de Mai à Octobre. Bref, un bon plan si vous avez une voiture et voulez explorer la région tranquillement !

Very happy with the vila. It was huge and perfect for a large group. Very well equipped.

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

Das war auf jeden Fall einer der schönsten (!) Plätze die wir in 12 Jahren AirBnB erlebt haben. Der Ort ist einfach magisch! Du bist umgeben von der schönsten Natur, alles ist so friedlich und umarmt dich und du entspannst sobald du den Weg durch die Olivenhaine dorthin fährst. Alles ist so unglaublich liebevoll arrangiert und durchdacht und man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Die Zelte sind komfortabel und super gemütlich . Wir haben alle wie die Babys geschlafen. Jedes Zelt hat einen eigenen Essbereich. Dort haben wir abends im Kerzenschein das Essen genossen, was dort Family-made frisch zubereitet wird. Das solltet ihr euch wirklich nicht entgehen lassen. Madre mia! Für uns Food-Lover war das ein Moment der Glückseligkeit. Und dann die Gastgeber: Es sind die herzallerliebsten Menschen! Unser Auto hatte eine Panne und die ganze Familie hat uns dabei geholfen, dass wir bei einer Werkstatt alles in Ordnung bringen lassen und rechtzeitig weiterfahren konnten. Wir kommen wieder! Monica x problemi familiari nn era presente nell’ alloggio, però dietro di lei a persone di tutto rispetto sua cugina e il compagno. Persone veramente chiare e si mettono a disposizione su tutto, il giorno che dovevo uscire dall alloggio il compagno mi a offerto un’ altra giornata. Niente da dire eccezionale veramente.

‌Aurelio è un host eccezionale: fin dalla prenotazione si è dimostrato disponibile e cordiale, offrendoci suggerimenti e consigli su come vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza in Calabria. La casa è molto grande, gode di un bel panorama sulla vallata sottostante, ha un ampio giardino con pergola e zona barbecue. Le stanze sono grandi e ben arieggiate. All'interno è possibile trovare tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno (attrezzi da cucina, lavatrice, phon, asciugamani etc.). È possibile usufruire di due bagni con doccia + una doccia esterna. La pace e la tranquillità regnano ed al contempo è possibile rilassarsi in giardino o raggiungere in poco tempo i paesini o alcune delle spiagge più belle. È un buon punto di appoggio per trascorrere le vacanze al mare, ma senza rinunciare al fresco della montagna.

Siamo stati ospiti di Fabrizio e in realtà più che ospiti ci siamo proprio sentiti a casa! L’abitazione é davvero curata in ogni minimo dettaglio ed ogni cosa si trova al proprio posto, così come ogni nonna che si rispetti, desiderava. Ci ha fatto trovare legna per riscaldarci e tutto l’occorrente per poter trascorrere 3 giorni spensierati. La veduta dalla cucina, e per di più durante il capodanno, é stato qualcosa di magico ed indescrivibile. Un panorama pazzesco! Grazie a Fabrizio, sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni evenienza. Un caro saluto! E grazie per l’accoglienza super!

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Mascia per 5 giorni, è stato come essere a casa. l' appartamento è grande, confortevole, caldo, ed è stato consegnato molto pulito. Il condominio è silenzioso. Mascia è una persona molto disponibile e accogliente ,il soggiorno è stato perfetto.Lo consiglio.

Esperienza magnifica, la casa ha rispecchiato pienamente le aspettative e si trova in una zona veramente tranquilla e strategica per muoversi. Pasquale ci ha fatti sentire a casa fin dal primo istante esaudendo ogni nostra richiesta e consigliandoci molti posti da visitare e attività. Ci mancheranno anche i cagnolini che quotidianamente venivano a darci il buongiorno e la buonanotte, nello specifico Dentino! Grazie a Pasquale e a sua moglie! Se dovessimo tornare in Calabria questa casa sarà sicuramente la prima scelta.

Ivan has succeeded in creating a jewel of a place. Very comfortable, great sunset views, climate controlled, a lot of room to stretch out. Fabulous kitchen with all the gear your likely to need, including an honest to goodness espresso machine, not a single shot. Be sure to visit one of the local supermercati to grab your food supplies.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole fine settimana nell' appartamento di Fatima a San Nicola Arcella. In tre, più la nostra pelosa Bella, siamo stati benissimo; la casa è fornita di tutto ed è pulitissima. Fatima è stata gentilissima, ci ha proposto di rimanere oltre l' orario del chek out e noi con piacere abbiamo accettato. Grazie Fatima.

The place was outstanding million dollar view. Spent a day in Pizzo a must. They were so responsive great with suggestions. Ghost town am st. Hot springs super close, best restaurant La Taverna. Roberto was very helpful luved the area

We had a fabulous 5 nights at Villa Ivonne. The view on the balcony is one of the best in San Nicola Arcella and Paolo and Sandra are truly the best. We arrived in the evening and we were received with cold Prosecco, then Sandra cooked dinner for us based on our preferences. We weren't expecting such welcoming and nice hosts. The few months of Duolingo were worth it, we were able to hold some basic conversation in Italian. The apartment is clean and we were lucky because the air conditioning was just installed the days before. There are lots of dishes and plates available of really nice quality and there are interesting objects and photos on display. The Internet works well. The 5 nights went by too fast. We would like to come again and see the sea throughout the seasons. I recommend exploring the coast on both sides of San Nicola. We were lucky to see octopi, one nudibranch, sea centipedes, sea stars and gorgonians while freediving. Of course, the Arcomagno is superb too.
