We had a wonderful trip and can’t wait to come back.

The property was advertised. The location was perfect and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, granted you bring all of the ingredients needed to cook. The views were perfect, and the patio area was huge compared to the other units. Check in was super simple as was check out. I will definitely be back.

This place was perfect for our family get together! It was clean and right on the beach! Well worth what we paid and I would def go back. Everyone was super helpful and we got right in with no problems! All in all it was beautiful, everyone we talked to was friendly!!

We have been renting Airbnb properties in Capitola for years. This unit was by far my favorite. Absolutely everything was perfect. The place was immaculate and so well outfitted. I hope to come many many more times!

Beautiful property with unbeatable views. We loved sitting out on the deck and looking out at the ocean. The fireplace was awesome too. The location, parking, and amenities were all convenient and as described.

Beautiful, spacious home. Very clean and well equipped. Lots of parking with easy access to the second floor condo. Carts to haul luggage and groceries was a real plus. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat in. Easy access to a wonderful walking beach. Seating was comfortable and conducive to long conversations. There were many interesting local attractions. While the property listing states a capacity for 10 people, sleeping space for adults is 6 - 7: king and queen beds for 4 people; the 2 lower bunk beds for SMALL adults and one person on the unopened couch. The couch bed was uncomfortable when opened. Unfortunately, one of our group fell when trying to come down from the top bunk. Our host Jay was very available and supportive both before & during our stay.

Great place! Walking distance to the beach and downtown areas. Will definitely be back in the near future!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

Julia is a FANTASTIC host who is very friendly and treated us and our baby girl brilliantly letting us use the space in her apartment for feeding and playing outside of our room. The finish of the apartment is of high quality with everything you'd need including a cute balcony overlooking the woodland. The room itself is a perfect size and as described with it's own private bathroom and great personal touches. You will need to drive as there are a lack of pavements / sidewalks but Carmel is only a 10 min drive and has all the local amenities with plenty of great restaurants.

We stayed 2 weeks at Irene and Gary’s and it was perfect for us. The guest suite was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The large outdoor patio was also nice. The location felt private and very safe, and was central to all of the places we wanted to visit (Monterey, Big Sur, Santa Cruz, and Gilroy was a nice surprise). Irene and Gary were great hosts- very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

We had such a great stay at April’s place. The view is incredible. Walking distance to everything!

This listing was perfect for our quick weekend getaway to visit the aquarium. The bedroom had plenty of space for us to setup our pack n play for our 9 month old daughter, and great blackout curtains so she could nap and sleep comfortably. We loved how short of a walk it was to downtown and the aquarium. Would highly recommend this listing! Thanks for a lovely stay!

This was a lovely place to stay with an active toddler. It was peaceful, calming, with the pool and ocean steps away. Joanne was responsive and thoughtful throughout. We will be back!

Seascape 407 was beyond our expectations. Down to every detail. We did not want for any amenities. Perfect view. Perfect host. Would be my first choice any time we plan to visit.

My family had a great time at Tim's place. It is very relaxing and convenient. My family enjoyed the beach, the bocce ball, and the bonfire. The staff at the lobby are very friendly as well. Time is very responsive and gives very clear instructions. We highly recommend this place!

All around great experience, location, hosts and stay. Very helpful and responsive hosts, and the onsite community association members were helpful, kind and welcoming. The unit was nicely updated, and it's unlikely you'll find a place closer to the beach. Close to the boardwalk to the north, and the aquarium to the south. Minutes to Castroville and what is easily one of the best Sushi restaurants in California. Recommended.

This was the first air bnb i’ve ever stayed and it was great. the view was beyond beautiful. There was so many things offered to us like boogie boards, board games, and other family fun. Definitely recommend staying here. It’s so peaceful, you can hear the waves crashing from the ocean while sitting on the couch. I will definitely be returning!!

This is a special place in a great location; perfect home base for exploring Big Sur, Carmel, Monterey, Capitola, and Santa Cruz!! The grounds are immaculate and the staff onsite offer friendly support. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen and there are lots of sleeping options. GREAT restaurant and bar onsite! But that’s the only place to eat that’s walkable. So we used the BBQ grill for one night, which was clean and in good shape! Enjoyed cooking outside and eating at the private patio table. Hot tub and pool super clean and well kept! Was nice! Come here to relax, recharge, watch sunsets on the beach and adventure around the many beautiful nearby destinations!!

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!
