Marina Alta: аренда домов с удобствами для спорта

This apartment is in a super location, away from the 'party' scene, but walkable to some good restaurants and shops. Parking was included and easy to use. We had a car part of our stay (two months) and walked everywhere the other times. Just down the street is a great hiking area with amazing views, and each tuesday and saturday there is a fantastic street market just a block away. The flat was super clean, the balcony was nice and everything worked just perfectly. We'd stay here again when visit the area in the future.

Wow what a place! Although the pictures looks great in the advert they do not do this place justice, its so much better once you are there. The apartment is very spacious (we travelled with two adults and two young children), spotless, well equipped and bright. The complex is exellcent, pools, sauna, playgrounds and very clean! It as good as a 5* hotel...just less busy (we went in Feb 2025)! There isnt must to do in surround area and supermarket is quite far so a car is properly best (comes with parking). Beach is close by but there are lots of steps so keep this in mind. Christine was so helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome and right at home even though we turned up late. We will be booking this place again for sure.

Hemos pasado cuatro días con la familia y el apartamento cubrió nuestras expectativas, la cocina muy agradable y abierta al salón y la terraza con lo pudimos interaccionar en todo momento y resultó muy acogedor. Todo estaba con una decoración muy bonita y moderna, quizás necesita un poco de mantenimiento en pequeños detalles como algún cajón suelto en el armario o una silla del salón que estaba vencida, también hace falta que haya más cubiertos ya que éramos cuatro personas y solo teníamos 3 cubiertos en algunos casos. Creo que es fácil de solucionar y en realidad todo lo demás estaba perfecto. La urbanización tenía piscina climatizada,gimnasio y buena ubicación. Volveremos.

Esteban was the perfect host, from booking to leaving he couldn’t do enough for us. The apartment was fantastic, extremely clean and had everything you could need for a self catering holiday. The apartment is also lovely and quiet. Esteban checked in on us when there was a country wide mass power outage checking if we needed water bringing…. 10/10. Thank you so much!

Semana en familia en el apartamento de Karen súper bien,es muy acogedor y tranquilo, buena ubicación, principales servicios cerca. Hay un parque donde los niños se lo pasan de maravilla En la piscina los niños han disfrutado un montón. Siempre han estado pendientes de nosotros. Gracias.

Everything was perfect, feel like home everyday from first minute, so beautiful view from balcony, sleep so good like in home, and on the roof view on 16th floor in is incredible. Only good vibes. Thanks for everything. 🤍

Logement impeccable, description parfaite et très propre. La résidence est ultra sécurisé, la voiture reste en sécurité dans le parking avec surveillance 24/24. Tout est présent dans la résidence pour toute la famille, jeux pour enfants, salle de sport, piscine intérieure et extérieure, accès plage. Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour et la région est magnifique. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme de la résidence dû au mois d'avril où peut de touriste était présent. En bref nous espérons y séjourner de nouveau un jour. Merci Jorge !

Acabo de celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños en el edificio Intempo y no puedo estar más satisfecho. La experiencia ha sido simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el trato recibido ha sido impecable. La atención al detalle, la calidad de las instalaciones y el entorno de lujo crearon el ambiente perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar con mi familia. Destaco especialmente la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el edificio, algo muy valorado cuando uno busca descanso real. Las vistas, la limpieza, el diseño interior y las zonas comunes superaron con creces nuestras expectativas. La combinación de confort, exclusividad y elegancia hicieron de esta estancia una celebración verdaderamente especial. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por hacer de mis 40 años un momento tan especial.

We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

C’était notre première fois dans ce logement, et nous avons été ravis ! Abdelhakim a répondu très rapidement à tous nos messages. À notre arrivée, María nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a fait entrer dans le parking souterrain où une place nous était réservée. Dans l’appartement, elle nous a tout expliqué, y compris le contenu généreux du frigo : pain de mie, yaourts, beurre, confiture, fruits, jambon, fromage, café, thé, chocolat, sucre… La cuisine est très bien équipée avec de nombreux ustensiles, épices, grille-pain, bouilloire, plancha, etc. Nous avons aussi trouvé des serviettes de rechange, produits d’entretien, papier toilette, essuie-tout, gel douche, shampoing, et même après-shampoing. L’appartement est impeccable, avec une grande télé et un quartier très calme à 7 minutes de la plage. On se sent comme à la maison. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation !

We had a lovely stay at Caroline’s apartment. It is in a lovely location and across the road to a beach. The view was spectacular and the apartment was lovely and clean. There was a swimming pool on site, along with a tennis court, gym, squash courts and a table tennis table. There were restaurants outside the apartments and we were a short trip away from El Campello which was easily accessible by car and tram. The tram stop is just a short walk and although it runs behind the apartment it didn’t disturb us at all. Caroline had good communication throughout. I would recommend staying here and we will definitely book again.

Clean and pleasant apartment in quiet neighbourhood. Excellent host. 5 minutes walk from the beach. Recommended for families.

Dieser host war immer gut erreichbar und trotz unterschiedlicher Sprachen sind wir gut zurecht gekommen. Das Haus war extrem sauber und hat uns für 3 Monate einen guten Standort für ein Homeoffice geboten. Hierher fahren wir gerne wieder.

Superb townhouse, even nicer than the photos suggest. This Airbnb is obviously someone's home, the fittings and furniture are high quality and beautifully appointed. We absolutely loved our stay in this townhouse and would thoroughly recommend it. Having the garage was a great advantage. The principle bedroom ensuite is huge, with a double walk in shower and standalone bath. Javea is a beautiful place and the old town, which this property is in, is on the doorstep. Great restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. The local market was a favourite with us for breakfast. The port area is only 15 minutes walk and Arenel beach area a further 20 minutes. We visit Javea often, and we'll be returning to this townhouse. Contact with Inge was easy, friendly and prompt. Thanks for your help Inge.

Todo perfecto, muy lindo espacio para largas estadías. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación principal de tram y de varias paradas de buses.

Huoneisto/talo erinomaisesti varusteltu ja siisti. Wi-Fi toimii hyvin ja televisioon voi kytkeä Cromecastin. Pysäköinti kadun varressa toimii - aina tilaa ja turvallinen seutu. Välimatkat autolla lyhyitä mm. Alicanteen, Santa Polaan, Elcheen. Alueella puolitusinaa ravintolaa, joista kaksi erittäin hyviä. N. 2,5 km päässä kolme suurta valintamyymälää. Majoittaa erittäin ystävällinen ja vastasi viipymättä erilaisiin kyselyihin. Palaamme uudestaan Los Didi’siin

Det var ett kjempefint opphold. huset levde opp til forventningene og Arno var fantasisk å sammarbeide med. var ett stykke fra Calpe sentrum men dette viste vi på forhånd. Taxien kom fort så derte va ingen problem. appen Glovo var fantastisk for å få dagligvarer levert hjem til huset med gratis levering. Tusentakk for eit fint opphold Arno, kommer nok tilbake🤩

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe. Erika war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus überzeugt durch die Lage, das Design, mehrere tolle Terrassen und den Komfort. Gerne wieder!

Fuimos a pasar un par de dias en Nochevieja unos amigos. Pisito muy acogedor, con una ambientación y decoración totalmente diferente a lo habitual, te sentías como si estuvieses en un lugar exótico. La terraza muy chula, una pena que nos pillara con lluvia en plena Nochevieja, no pudimos disfrutarla apenas. Luis muy atento en todo momento y con iniciativa. Si nos coge por la zona repetiremos sin dudarlo!!
